Florence Nkeubeng spearheads the Monitoring of Services at ORANGE France. In this role, she is known for her dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise in operational management, project development, IT and telecommunications.

Her main role however, is being a passionate advocate for her non-profit organization called ISSOA. Their mission is to help African orphans in their studies, Florence and her team are looking for volunteers to help these children succeed.

The aim of ISSOA is to help finance the secondary and university studies of orphans in Africa by an annual distribution of scholarships in orphanages. Priority will be given to orphans living in rural areas.

In addition, this organization aims to contribute to the personal, physical and social development of orphans by organizing various activities such as sports tournaments, study trips, visits to museums and parks etc.

ISSOA also organizes occasional in-kind donation collections which it will redistribute to orphans at special times of the year, among others:  the sharing of toys during Christmas, the sharing of school supplies at the start of the school year.

In future years, ISSOA will set up a sponsorship scheme allowing volunteers to financially support one or more orphans in their studies for a well-defined period.

Florence holds her MA in Telecommunications from National Advanced School of Engineering Yaounde, which she received in 2014. Moving forward, she plans to develop the activities of her non-profit organization in international countries and help orphans around the world. In her spare time, Florence enjoys reading development books, walking and being active in her community.

Dr. Alessia Bettinelli possess 6 years of total senior management experience. As Head of Marketing and Sales for APR SA, her daily job responsibilities on average range from leading small businesses, and conducting meetings to discuss B2B and B2C agendas. She enjoys the hands on process of building businesses from the ground up, and found a true interest in helping companies to shine and thrive.
 
Alessia earned her PhD in Biology from the University Subra/University of Milan. She is skilled in medical nutrition and complex pathologies, and is able to combine these skills with her marketing prowess. Looking ahead, Alessia plans to continue to grow professionally at APR. She credits her success to her discipline and focus on her work.

With over 30 years of professional experience in her field, Zulma N Suarez Gonzalez has provided her services at companies such as Digital Equipment, Allergan Medical Optics, General Instruments, Abbott Labs, Biovail Labs, Boston Scientific and for non profit PCUSA. She has worked in Puerto Rico, mainland USA, Canada, Mexico and Eastern Europe.
 
Zulma enjoys developing and mentoring coworkers during her career. She has proven results in ABC costing, continuous improvement metrics, YOY std cost improvement, budget and spend control strategies, SOX compliance, capital investment, new product costing, business interruption claims, inventory management, Grant & incentives management and government affairs. Currently, she is the Finance Director at Boston Scientific, Dorado Operations. In this role, she oversees the Ops Finance department for Dorado’s BSC manufacturing operations and government relations.
 
Zulma holds an MBA in Industrial Management from the Inter-American University of Puerto-Rico San German Campus and BBA in Accounting from the University of PR, Mayaguez Campus. She is a member of the PR Medical Devices Cluster Board, and the PRMA’s Women Chapter. Enjoys being the Site Sponsor of the BSC Women’s Network at Dorado Operation. Zulma has been recognized as one or PR’s Top Women Industrial Executives. She has also lead her team to receive the BSC Corporate Winning Spirit Award.
Moving forward, Zulma wants to retire within the next few years, to become a full time consultant and mentor, to provide guidance and offer her knowledge in all her areas of expertise for the benefit of Puerto Rico’s social and economic continued progress.
 
In her spare time, Zulma enjoys & is dedicated to family time. She also volunteers to help and mentor young women, volunteers at centers for the homeless, women and children in need.

BSC

Shruti Kulkarni is having a very successful career as an Application Architect at Alten Gmbh in Germany, a multinational technology consulting company. Well known for her leadership and expertise, Shruti is often consulted with for career guidance and mentoring.

ALTEN GmbH is a subsidiary of the internationally well-respected AL TEN Group, one of the leading development service providers in Europe. They support their customers throughout the entire development process, from the initial idea to the production stage. The products and solutions they develop are applied and implemented in a variety of industries: automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, telecommunications, power engineering, and medical engineering.

Shruti also worked successfully with the Airbus Group in various departments on “Airbus Defense and Space premises” by Alten GmbH and  “Airbus Helicopters” by Sii Deutschland GmbH with involved in a range of projects with different customers in the aerospace industry.

She believes the first step to economic empowerment for women is to acknowledge their importance in society. The lack of confidence isn’t just stopping women from going after their dreams, due to the fact of women’s safety and security concerns. She tries her best to encourage awareness, to focus on vision which helps others achieve their goals. Her initial words are, “You Can. Don’t wait !!! The time will never be just right.”

Shruti earned a Master’s degree in Software Engineering for Industrial Applications from the University of Applied Sciences HOF. She has written many articles, and in 2012 she was published in IJSER for an article in JVM cloud based computing. Her vision for the future is to empower and mentor women in the field of Technology . She speaks English, German, Hindi, Marathi and Telugu.

With over 30 years of professional experience in her career, Dr. Kathy Tuberville is the Faculty Director at Avron B. Fogelman Professional Development Center, where she is known for her teaching and program development in the areas of professional development, career development, professionalism and integrity.

She also teaches Human Resource Management courses in the Fogelman College of Business and Economics where she oversees a program, Fogelman Women in Leadership. Through this program women students are partnered through events and activities with local area women professionals for career development

In the community, she is on the Board of Directors for SHRM-Memphis (Society of Human Resource Management) and serves as co-VP of Programs and on the Tennessee SHRM Conference for 2020 as Program Lead.  At the student level, she is the faculty advisor for the University of Memphis SHRM Student Chapter.  She is on the Board of Directors for DeNeuville Learning Center, a non-profit that serves women through education and community in Memphis as well as a state representative for the Cooperative Education and Internship Network (CEIA).

Dr. Tuberville received her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University in 2014. Moving forward, she plans on continuing to serve and help the next generation of women professionals in achieving a brighter future. She hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
