With over two decades of professional experience in her field, Helen Dotan-Glassberg is the VP of HR and Talent Development at Shamir Optical Industry Ltd. In this role, she is known for her interpersonal skill and unmatched expertise in recruitment and human resources.

Helen holds her Master of the Arts in Organizational Behavior from the University of Haifa, which she obtained in 2002. She also belongs to several national organizations dedicated to empowering women in Israel. Moving forward, she would like to continue to work in HR and to expand to independent consulting work.

In her spare time, Helen enjoys reading, exercise and doing Pilates.

Dr. Jenny Fawbush recently established Fawbush Consulting, a consultancy founded on her past years of consulting experience. As an HR and executive coach, she offers leadership training and development to a diverse clientele.
 
Jenny’s career began in higher education where she had the opportunity to hold various administrative roles.  After 15 years in various positions  such as Director of the Graduate School, Director of Training and Development and Director of HR/Organizational Development, she felt the next step was to begin consulting in some capacity. Prior to starting her own company Jenny worked with a consulting firm which focused on higher education, specifically the online learning modality.
 
As she was finishing her doctorate, Jenny decided to start her own consulting business. Jenny’s PhD is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and helping businesses and people in the workplace is her passion. Her strengths as a consultant are most beneficial when she is able to coach managers and executives. She is most passionate about providing leaders with the tools they need to meet their potential.
 
Jenny transforms organizations through in-depth analysis and expert coaching programs. She knows your time is valuable, and that’s why her programs are designed for busy owners, managers, and leaders.
 
In addition to the WNA, she is a affiliated with SHRM, ATD, HR MAC, Local ODN, and SIOP. She looks forward to continuing to expand her business throughout the community, and credits her success to motivation, focus, and having the spirit to win.

Maria Ignacia Silva Guzman has over 12 years of experience in her career. As Founding Partner of Di Cotone SpA, she sells products for children’s bedrooms including textile products. She oversees everything, including new product development, budgeting, sales, marketing, accounting, and revenue.

Besides her work in Di Cotone, she works as the chief of administration and finance in Allard Partners; a  well recognized architecture office in Santiago de Chile.

Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Administration from Inacap University of Chile. She enjoys the work/life balance that running a small business can afford her, and is known for her expertise in administration and organization. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to grow and expand her business and hire employees. She credits her success to being responsible and thorough in her work, and on the horizon looks to continued growth and success in her field.

Margareth Craneveldt is in charge of Sales, Marketing and PR for Fundashon Desaroyo Deportivo Kòrsou. Originally from Curaçao (Dutch Caribbean), she speaks Papiamento, her native language, as well as English, Spanish and Dutch. Margareth has a very diverse background and began her career working in the maritime industry with major cruise liners. In this role, she learned high profile negotiation skills and the ability to command respect as one of few women in the industry.

Currently, Margareth is working on a local level with her current organization that is government subsidized and offers locals events and activities from swimming lessons to grass roots sports services. Moving forward, she is looking to connect with likeminded professionals and is open to international opportunities and relationships.

In her spare time, Margareth sings in a band and in a (church) choir and enjoys reading and sports. She also collects spoons from every country that she travels to.

Jane Hix has been working for Franklin Covey for the past 6 years, and involved in Higher Education work for over 30 years.  As the General Manager of Higher Education, she works with colleges and universities to execute on their strategic plans to improve student success and institutional metrics.  Jane has always had a passion for education, She  naturally  connects to and works with all involved in Higher Education work, to support their Institution goals, and to prepare students for careers and success..

Jane earned her Master’s degree in Education, Counseling and Student Services from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and is active with the Virginia Tech Alumni Association. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to grow professionally and start consulting on areas of her expertise.  She credits her success to persistence and hard work.
