Elizabeth Mathulla is a senior professional with 23 years plus of experience in the field of integrated technical design process for various projects types covering: education, hospitality, residential, business/commercial, and mixed-use developments as well as planning and infrastructure mainly in the MENA region.

As a well-rounded Architecture professional, she brings Design, Technical, QA/QC and Management skills/knowledge to enable capability of successful completion and delivery of projects.  She has been in the lead role in the multi-disciplinary technical design process for the last 15 years and has had consistent positive project completions and client reviews. This involved all types of documentation for the various Design Phases inclusive of Tendering and Construction support as well as for Building Permitting. In addition, she has also been responsible for technical reviews of various other projects to bring to minimum desired levels per stage. She is passionate about and have in-depth understanding of Sustainability measures and its Rating systems and have completed documentation for many rated projects.

Elizabeth has successfully completed all aspects of project design documentation for tender bids inclusive of front-end documentation, reporting of complex projects of multiple use, phasing and packaging. To serve that end, she handled design management and coordination of various in-house disciplines and sub-consultants to enable a relatively smooth construction process. All her projects went into construction with minimum issues.

After graduating from high school, Elizabeth knew she wanted to delve into both mathematics and the artistic side of things. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a university in India, and is licensed to practice architecture in India and the United Arab Emirates. She is employed at KEO International Consultants, UAE, as Senior Project Architect since Nov 2007..

Looking ahead, she plans to design/build more buildings and mentor young women professionals in the field. She credits her success to being a people person, hard work, and learning on the go.

June Cruden is Company Director for Mid-Surrey Wealth Investing Network.  June began her career as a chef and in childcare, and worked a variety of other jobs from hotels to the armed forces before becoming a professional property investor.

Mid-Surrey Wealth Investing Network brings together local landlords, prospective landlords and local builders and tradesmen such as realtors and mortgage brokers to accomplish goals. June can help potential investors interested in property investment by educating them at her networking events with her company.

Joanna Melhado is a skilled instructor for flight attendants at Avianca. Joanna earned a bachelors degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado in El Salvador. Art and creativity are also part of her talent and skills.

She has worked in the field of aviation for more than 15 years, since the year 2000, and is fully bilingual. She is able to speak fluent English and is a native Spanish speaker.

Sally Steele has over 16 years of experience in her career. As Global Head of Technology Support for PageGroup, she oversees 4 global workstreams and handles client infrastructure, service quality, service desk, identity and access management. She oversees 100 full-time employees with 9 direct reports, and manages the hiring and staff development. She also designs the policy and strategy, keeping in close communications with the Global Heads of Infrastructure and Applications.

Coming from a background in sales, she holds an associates degree in Business Administration from Bracknell and Wokingham College. She cites her biggest challenge as being taken seriously as a woman in the IT sector, and credits her success to being adaptable, flexible and having confidence.

A professionally qualified (ITIL) Senior IT and Service Solution Executive with expertise gained within different industries in the UK, Spain and Ireland, she has experience working with a diverse range of organisations in IT, Telecommunications and both the Public and Private sector.  Sally is skilled at transforming service, people and processes to drive productivity and performance for maximum results.

An exceptional, customer-oriented leader who has operates at the executive level, her expertise stems from her innate ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships, traversing business boundaries in a friendly and efficient manner whilst navigating challenges with ease and positivity.  As a natural leader, Sally has built and inspired high performing multi-cultural teams in both regional and global environments.

She prides herself in ‘making things happen’ taking ownership of challenges and is accustomed to working under extremes of pressure within demanding and busy environments where conflicting deliverables are the norm.  She takes ownership and excels at assessing technology needs and translating IT jargon into non-technical strategies and solutions. Sally has mentored over 30 professionals whose careers have progressed rapidly as a result: identifying their skills and maximising on their abilities for the benefit of both employee and company.

Earlier in her career she was in Corporate Sales, both as a Strategic Account Manager into the financial sector and later managing a Sales Team working closely with the Metropolitan Police and MOD as Head of Business Development responsible for providing and supporting their mobile communications.

Sally and her husband have four children – three boys and a girl and are all passionate about motorsport. Two of the boys are in their late 20’s with one working in hospitality and the other in marketing.  Their two younger children are in their teens and enjoying their education.

In the future Sally is working towards establishing herself as an independent consultant providing services to organisations that require guidance on Service Transformation, building and motivating teams, defining service strategies, crisis management and everything in between!  These service offerings will be both bespoke, but she plans to also offer ‘packages’ such as globalising service offerings, developing underperforming teams and more!  She is in the process of setting up a Blog with Tips & Tricks and short articles such as how to ‘Turn a customer into a fan.’ She is excited about her latest endeavor and is looking forward to networking with like-minded professionals.

Lizette Olsson has over 25 years of experience in her field. As IT- And DigITalization Strategist for Caspera Management Consulting AB, she launched the firm last year and has been excited to see her client base and impact in the industry grow. She also employs her daughter. They are helping clients implementing ERP systems, right now with focus on Dynamics 365. Lizette is known for implementing opportunities and is highly skilled in technology and digital change management.
 
During the last years she has been running a couple of multi-million euro projects and programs. She has for example worked with projects within public sector, supply chain/logistics, retail and manufacturing. She has experience from large international companies and has worked as a leader in flexible, multi-cultural environments in which she has the ability to identify strategic opportunities. This combined with her goal-oriented approach and her ability to lead people, she really makes a difference and contribute to business success.
 
Lizette is a certified IT- and Digitalization Strategist and has a complete understanding of strategical operational models and operational experience of overall IT – from managing teams within infrastructure and operations to manage large mixed inhouse- and offshore project teams, developing new applications or implementing different ERP solutions.
 
She successfully leads by delivering above expectations. This is accomplished by an outstanding client relationship as well as appreciated team leadership. Her passion is to achieve great business results. She is to describe as innovative, energetic and persevering – and she is a team player.
 
Her belief is that great professionals comes with persons with a drive for change (doing things more efficient) and taking an interest in their daily tasks. It is rare for a person to know what you want to work on when you are sixteen and it is time to choose further education. Lizette says that kind of interest often comes later in life and by then, it should be possible to change your path and make your career within another subject or industry.
