Noreen Camelo has over 22 years of IT experience in Life Sciences and Financial Services Industries. She is high energy IT leader known for developing successful, trusted partnerships that align IT and business strategies, resulting in innovative technology solutions that enable long term sustainable growth.  She is skilled at developing multiyear Product Roadmaps that drive company strategy and enable the business to meet their goals.  Noreen has particular strength in building high performing, collaborative teams; sought after coach to team and peers.

As VP IT Product and Relationship Management at Parexel, she manages a team of 6 product managers and supports all of the SG&A functions. She develops strategy, identifies technology solutions, and oversees budgeting, business case development, program management, and funding.

Having always been interested in technology, Noreen started in management information systems and generalized in management. She started out as an analyst and loves figuring out innovative solutions to problems. She also has a background in nursing in the oncology sector and found that in the Life Sciences industry she could combine her IT and clinical backgrounds.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bentley University and received an associate’s degree in Nursing.  In addition to the WNA, she is a member of PMP and volunteers with Girls Inc and the Samaritans. Looking ahead, Noreen sees herself continuing to grow in the life science industry; she credits her success to continuous learning and having strong interpersonal skills.

Olga Fernanda Coimbra Costa has enjoyed a trajectory in Information Technology for more than 30 years. This contributed to qualify her in some important leadership and negotiation competencies and also enabled her to deal with different people and different cultures. She has vast experience in managing several projects simultaneously, and many of them were very critical and with much pressure.

This year (2020) she will be responsible for Insurance Customers in Brazil, building deep client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, driving transformation agendas. She will be responsible for being advocates for the clients and ensuring that consistently leverage the end-to-end value and capability of IBM in support of meeting the many evolving challenges they face.

She is known for “attitude linked with a strong determination and drive to achieve”, “very positive climate maker even facing stressing situations”, “recognized leadership with a strong and positive impact on people”, “high ability to work in a multicultural/multinational environment”.

Her thought is that you are an ENTIRE AND ONE person. There are not two lives as the personal and the working life, but ONE LIFE, YOUR LIFE. The sentences “when I close the door, every working problems stay outside” or “I never bring my personal problems to work” should not be true, because those problems, challenges and solutions are what makes you as a person! For her, you always “carry you whole” in whatever you do and that is what makes us so UNIQUE!

Be Equal is like a mantra for her. Even before she started to work in IBM, she used to say to her children, since they were babies: “Daddy and Mummy are the same! Never forget that! Both love you and both are responsible for you!.”

With a background in the Finance Industry, where she developed her career for more than 12 years, her main achievements were her participation and coordination of Global Strategic Institutional Projects. Since the beginning of her career she was exposed to Senior Management and C-level executives.

With over 15 years of experience in the environmental field, she is currently Head of Consultancy for FARNEK, a leading Facilities Management company driving sustainability in UAE and MENA. She is known for her dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise in Consulting & Management, Sustainability, Developmental Environmental Strategies, and Training. Her main area of expertise lies in Waste Management & is a regular speaker in many waste management conferences in the region.

Nadia holds her Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Mahatma Gandhi University, which she received in 2002. She is also Green Globe certified Auditor with additional qualifications in Health & Safety, and is now certified as a True Advisor by GBCI-US.

Her dream is to establish her own organization in India that will focus on driving sustainability across especially empowering women of her country through environmental livelihood projects.

Cristina Torba is Manager for Impex Tecniche Lineari srl. With 22 years experience, she excels in multi tasking, public relations, problem solving, and leadership. A family business, it was owned by her parents and passed down to Cristina and her brother.

She holds a PhD in Economics from University of Perugia, 2002. She is proud of her career change and fluently speaks and writes four languages: Italian, German, English, French. Thanks to her studies she has had a range of different jobs.
