With over 12 years of general experience in her field, Natalia Diaz Botero is currently the Food & Beverage Director at the Gun Club where she is in charge of a team of 60 people. In this role, she is responsible for the waiters and the bar as well as the execution of administrative strategies.

Natalia holds her Master’s degree in Management from Bocconi University. Moving forward, she plans on exploring different options in her career, working with international organizations, and hopes to be more focused on education. She hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.

In her spare time, Natalia enjoys travel, running, and trying new restaurants.

Nicole Nadeau is the Owner and President of HR Ignite LLC. located in the greater Boston area. HR Ignite is an HR Consulting company which partners with small companies looking to outsource HR needs or for larger organizations needing to supplement their programs. HR Ignite delivers human capital solutions that result in measurably improved employee and organizational performance while minimizing employment practice risk. Her company provides thought leadership in compensation design, leadership development/training and generalist HR functions.  She brings to her clients over 25 years of Human Resources working within the Wealth Management field. She is dedicated to building world class organizations through analysis, organizational design, rewards design, coaching and development and human capital.

Nicole has been working in the HR Field in Wealth and Financial Services for some of the most notable multinational companies. She started with Merrill Lynch as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources. She worked for Fidelity Investments as the Director of Executive Search. She was Head of Human Resources for Crosby Company & Beacon Trust.

Nicole is a Member of Executive Search Information Exchange, Member of The Society of Human Resource Management and a Member of the New England Human Resource Association. Nicole sits on the Boards of the Newburyport Art Association, Governors Academy and Newburyport Education Foundation.  Her firm, HR Ignite, is a Member of The Family Office Association.

Nicole has lived in the Boston area since 1991, originally coming to Boston from New Orleans, LA.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Boston College.

Izabela Danner has over 18 years of experience in General Management and HR field. As Managing Director, CHRO Northern Europe for JLL, she oversees human resources and management focused on the northern Europe, in particular Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Scandinavia. She also was interim overlooking the entire EMEA region with ca. 12.000 employees and 32 countries. After dabbling in several different career paths, human resources & corporate development was where she found she constantly gravitated to, and knew she had found her calling. Izabela holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Universitat, class of 2000. Looking ahead, she would like to continue to grow with her company and work toward being responsible for a large region but she is also open for a new professional challenge.
