Vicki Maleganeas has over 25 years of experience in the roles of Director of Operations, Supply Chain Organization, and Team Building & Leadership. Currently, as Product Group Manager for CSA Group International, she oversees field management for the group. Having started out in hospitality management, she worked her way up within the field and is known for her strong leadership skills.

In this role, she managed a remote team of 10 certifiers and oversaw day-to-day operations and project oversight to ensure alignment with short-/long-term business goals and objectives. She led multiple projects from conception through to final approval and deliverables within projected deadlines and budgets. She also evaluated deliverables for compliance and resolved all non-conformance issues with corrective actions, and managed all aspects of project scheduling, including milestones and goals for each phase.

Vicki is known for her expertise in operations management, change management and process improvement and team leadership experience, and specializes in providing strategic guidance, direction, and perspective in all areas of enterprise operations and service delivery. This includes supply chain management and logistics oversight, business development, and customer/supplier management across multiple divisions. She has had a very diverse career, from hospitality, automotive, aerospace, safety regulations, injection molding, electronics, manufacturing, and operations.

With her heart on her sleeve, she always put others before her own wellbeing. Her theory in life -professional and personal, is that a smile does not cost us anything. That smile can change someone’s attitude 360 degrees. She says that now is a time to go back to basics of honesty, being human, showing that you care, admitting to failure, and having a chance to be successful.

She believes in leading from within, vision and purpose, passionate, transparent, integrity, coaching, honesty, confidence, and inspiration. She shows commitment and is passionate, a superior communicator, has accountability, is innovative, and values empathy, resilience, and humility. Vicki was a living kidney donor in 2007 for an acquaintance who became a lifelong friend.

Vicki holds a degree in Business for Organizations from a school in Canada, and is currently completing her PMP certification through PMI. Looking ahead, she plans to see where her skillset will benefit a Director Operations position. She is willing to relocate and travel. A humanitarian by heart, she credits her success to the fact she would rather give than receive. Vicki’s motto is to live life to the fullest, and be open to new adventures. She says if life is pushing you down, just get up and go, even if it’s for the weekend. It is important to rest your mind and soul.

As specialist in direct marketing she leads a wider type of face to face events, tradeshows, conferences, seminars along with diverse customer approach. On the digital marketing side, she can lead digital programs through different platforms and linked them in social media lis LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and more.

Monica is an international marketer specialized in technology industry hardware and software in Latin America. She is an entrepreneur and co-founder of The Business Club  https://thebusinessclub.com.mx/ and https://thebusinessclub.com.mx/forher, a digital marketing agency specialized in small and medium companies and entrepreneurs in Mexico targeting women. She has solid experience on development and execution of marketing strategic plans, analysis of markets, segmentation and leader of several projects representing regional offices.

Monica is known for her high skills in commercial presentations of results to diverse audiences including international top management. She is responsible for the management of accounts and clients, including strategic regional and global accounts, being responsible for corporate pipeline contribution to reach sales goals and customer satisfaction (win-win solutions). She is a quick learner, team player, has the ability to lead different teams, and seeks challenging and strategic positions in growing organizations.

Monica earned an MBA in a university in Mexico in 2016 and got their recent master’s degree in Psychology in 2019. She is passionate about working cross-culturally and on an international scale. With over 13 years of experience in her field, Hanadi Alsheikh is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), the sole entity authorised in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to act as the Securities Exchange. Hanadi has been with the Exchange for more than 10 years where she has successfully assumed various roles and responsibilities; her most recent post being the Head of Corporate PMO while assuming the role of acting Chief Corporate Development.
 
Hanadi has managed key initiatives within the exchange including trading system replacement, the implementation of ETFs and the development of latest Tadawul 5-year strategy and business plan. She is known for being structured, organized and innovative, and always had a passion for planning and project management. Hanadi holds a bachelor of Science degree in computer science with highest academic standing from the George Washington University. In addition to the WNA, she is affiliated with B20 finance and infrastructure taskforce and Women in Business Action Council. Looking ahead, she plans to establish her own business.
