With over 15 years of experience in her fields, Eva Mladinic is the Owner of Impact Process, where she is an experienced trainer in business process and change management. She is also Owner of Syrma, where she is a consultant and currently has various clients in hospital and public administrations.

Eva is an Expert in Corporate Development (with an Advanced Diploma of Higher Education), a Certified Trainer (with a Diploma of Higher Education), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP and CAS in Process Management) and Master Coach. She speaks French, Croatian, English and German.

Eva likes solving problems, identifying opportunities, leading projects in public administrations, private firms and international organizations, helping people and organizations build a better work environment. She also enjoys crafting training programs, teaching and training adults in business organization, process and change management. Her clients in both fields appreciate her expertise, her pragmatic approach and direct communication style.

She has been with BDP International, a Global Logistics Service Provider, for over 14 years, having worked in Europe for 10 years and now based in the Middle East.

Rosario Martinez is a very successful and innovative businesswoman and a great asset to her company where she is the Head Division of Programs and Studies. In this role, Rosario works with national government to prevent crime and designs various innovative programs and software. She also designed a website providing a platform for robberies to be reported in efforts to make the community a safer place and to increase awareness.

Rosario holds her Master’s degree in Economics and Public Politics. She believes that hard work and dedication are the keys to her success along with her passion and drive. In the near future, Rosario plans to work more with the government national and local and with various foundations in efforts to keep crime down.

In her spare time, Rosario enjoys singing and playing the guitar.

Victoria Dupont has over 37 years of experience in her Field.  As Managing Director of Prima Packaging Ltd Established in 1997, she oversees the buying, selling, staffing and production for the firm.  Having been a business developer, she proceeded to move into other aspects of the business and has enjoyed a natural progression in her career.

Victoria holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Leeds University Business School in the UK, class of 1991. Her firm has been recognized as Company of the Month and Company of the Year, and she has been featured in magazines for her expertise, and her latest project the foundation of Prima Auditing Systems Solutions. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to take the company to higher levels of excellence. She credits her success to determination and hard work.

Dr. Rebecca Ellis is a Periodontist at the Institute of Dental Implants & Periodontics in Auckland, New Zealand. Rebecca graduated BDS (Distinction) from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2011 and obtained her specialist qualifications; Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Periodontics), at the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2017.

Rebecca provides both Straumann and Nobel Biocare dental implants and the full range of hard and soft tissue grafting, regenerative therapies, mucogingival surgery, pre-prosthetic surgery, as well as surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy.
