Kathy Halliday is a Director of Sales for National Corporate Housing.  Kathy began her career working in Corporate Housing by answering an ad in the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper many years ago.  She began her career calling on Fortune 500 companies for a luxury high rise building. Kathy’s love for connecting with people along with her tenacity and adaptability has contributed to her growth.  With the current changes in the marketplace, Kathy after 25 years joined a new organization within the industry, National to assist with their expansion.  She will be responsible for building a team, growing revenue, and increasing profits.

Kathy’s employment history is comprised of the Hospitality Industry specializing in Corporate Housing for over 30 years. She has had the luxury of working both sales & operations over the years which makes for a unique background. This experience has afforded Kathy the opportunity to learn, understand, and apply all aspects of the business in order to drive profitability and revenue growth. Her core competencies include: Talent management, financial acumen, development of strong relationships, strategic thinker, sales process & planning driven, and possesses the attitude and ability to adapt.

Over the years, Kathy has faced many different challenges and successes in her career including global expansion, experience working with the US Government, and working through a company transitioning its business model.

With over 15 years of professional experience in her field, Paula Keller is a Real Estate Broker for Century 21 Grenada where she brings dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in networking and customer service to her role. Paula is passionately committed to assisting Grenadians and international buyers in finding their dream properties in Grenada.

Andrea Cavallari is Director of Solution & Technology Practices in LATAM at Red Hat, based in Brazil. With 14 years of experience in the IT industry, she participated in the creation of the Customer Success model at Red Hat and now is working on implementing a Practices team in the region as part of the Services organization.

Andrea is passionate about Technology, Adoption and Customer Success. Her mission is to improve customer experience in adopting emerging enterprise technologies. She is known for her dynamic leadership skills, customer facing and communication skills. This skillset allows her to connect the technical and non-technical goals of customer’s with business goals. She possesses a sense of urgency and holds the ability to prioritize tasks to respond effectively to sudden changes in the business to address customer needs.

In Andrea’s current and previous roles, she has driven increases in product usage, renewals, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) leading to 20% account growth and increased renewal rates. Her previous experience in supporting field engineers, technicians and final customers on results-oriented and customer-centric technical support departments has helped her in her current role. She credits her success to continuous learning and curiosity to seek new ways of doing things and new experiences via local and international courses, travels, conferences, certifications.

Carolina Castro Vindas is a Paralegal at Officium Lex where she provides impeccable legal assistance and gathers information to prepare legal documents. In this role, she is known for her unmatched expertise in arbitration and litigation.

Officium Legal is a law firm specializing in public law. It is a company founded by her father, Juan Carlos Castro Loría. Aware of the need for the Costa Rican market to have legal firms specializing in public law, Legal Officium was born in order to defend individual rights and legitimate interests of our constituents in different areas of public law such as administrative, municipal, administrative litigation, government procurement, tax, urban, expropriations or environmental, arbitration, among others.

Carolina joined the legal team in the 2013. Since entering the office, she has been able to grow professionally. It has giving her the opportunity to expand her knowledge, not only in legal matters, but also in administrative and social responsibility aspects.

Victoria Dupont has over 37 years of experience in her Field. As Managing Director of Prima Packaging Ltd Established in 1997, she oversees the buying, selling, staffing and production for the firm. Having been a business developer, she proceeded to move into other aspects of the business and has enjoyed a natural progression in her career.

Victoria holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Leeds University Business School in the UK, class of 1991. Her firm has been recognized as Company of the Month and Company of the Year, and she has been featured in magazines for her expertise, and her latest project the foundation of Prima Auditing Systems Solutions. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to take the company to higher levels of excellence. She credits her success to determination and hard work.
