Flor de María López Cárdenas holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, a Certificate in Design Thinking Methodology from Stanford University, a Diploma in Leadership from Harvard Business School, Diplomas in Senior Management and Sales from the Tec de Monterrey, as well as an Advanced Leadership Program from Evanta Academy.

She is currently IT Director Governance and Compliance for HP Guadalajara. An exceptional businesswoman and  great asset to her company, she establishes compliance operational strategies by evaluating trends and establishing critical measurements as well as determining the productions along with the quality. She offers over 20 years of Global Experience in the Technology Market, 20 of which have been with HP.

Flor was named one of the “100 Most Powerful Women in Mexico” in 2017 by Revista Expansion. She is National Vice President of Talent at CANIETI, Member of the Board of Directors for the Large Companies Group at COPARMEX Occidente, Member of the IT specialized section at CANACO Guadalajara and Member of the Executive Council of Codellege.

She is continuously invited to participate as a judge in entrepreneurship programs such as The Hult Prize, Technovation, among others. She is also frequently invited as a speaker on the topics of technology and innovation, and constantly participates as a lecturer promoting the development and inclusion of women in various universities and non-governmental organizations.

Passionate about the development of female talent, mother of three children and an enthusiastic soccer player.

She firmly believes that hard work, dedication and self-motivation are the keys to her success. Moving forward, she plans to continue to grow with her company and hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.

In her spare time, Flor enjoys futbol and volunteers frequently in her community.

Carole Ann Clarke offers over two decades of experience in the business world, having worked at Global giants such as Diageo and Coca-Cola. She has also extensive experience in the world of advertising and digital agencies working on some of the biggest brands in the world.

As Chief Experience Officer at I Am Here, she is known for her dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise in social media, public speaking, coaching and public relations.  I Am Here empowers individuals with the courage, confidence, and skills to signpost existing supports and services to those who may need them. I Am Here has over 800,000 members in less than 18 months across the globe and is positively disrupting workplace culture by embedding the belief that it’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help and increasing utilization of help and support.

Carole Ann holds her Master’s degree in applied languages and business from a university in Northern Ireland and is a member of the EMCC – European Mentoring and Coaching Counsel, the ICF – International Coaching Federation, Jess Global and LIFT – Leading Ireland’s Future Together.

Carole Ann has always been passionate about people and personal growth and having studied Leadership and Executive coaching along with Mental Health and Wellbeing coaching and Corporate wellbeing coaching Carole Ann merges her business acumen, sports, and life experiences to grow I Am Here.

As part of the I Am Here Programme, Carole Ann works with clients to aid their culture development and purpose led vision from Leadership Coaching to change management, purpose and philanthropy, resilience coaching and mental health and wellbeing strategy. She also works with individuals with life-long physical and mental health issues to help them thrive successfully in the workplace.

An avid sports person, she captained the Irish Women’s Rugby team for several years and is an interprovincial hockey player and senior footballer. Carole Ann has also completed an all-female expedition to the Arctic in 2018 for Debra Ireland. She coaches Rugby in her spare time and has recently taken up hockey again. She was also an Olympic torch bearer. Moving forward, she plans on continuing to grow her company on a global scale.

Joyce Wilson-Sanford has more than 25 years of professional experience in progressive and bold global Organizational Development work at the C-Suite level. Joyce is currently retired after her most recent role as Executive Vice President Of Strategic Organizational Development with The Delhaize Group, now Ahold. In that position, she designed succession planning, created a high potential global program, and instituted a global leadership college. She was integral to acquisition work, as well as cultural due diligence and synergy work. Joyce executed self-managed leadership development groups as well as introduced OD principles, values, and methods across nine companies as well as developed over twenty-five CEOs.

Joyce thrived in her career by way of natural progression, one role to the next, and because she has a passion for what she does. She is now a coach for OD professionals working within large companies to do high impact and effective work. Joyce has a master’s degree in Organizational Development and studied at DePauw University and the University of Illinois.

In the next few years, Joyce plans to continue to make a difference in her field by consulting, mentoring, and sharing her experiences and areas of expertise. She has two books in draft, ​OD Maven​ and ​CEO Note to Self: The Blind Spots of Power​ Joyce and a colleague share a Podcast about their OD/HR success, failures, methods and hacks called bobnjoycebobnjoyce.

Joyce bases her success on her passion for OD, her resilience, and her overall hard work as well as the luck of working with talented people. She is committed to the field of OD seeing it as an essential discipline for the re-imagination and design of new structures for institutions that no longer work. Wilson-Sanford believes OD teaches democracy and the power of inclusion.

Joyce also explores the changing religious landscape of religion and has two published books in this arena: ​I Pray Anyway: ​Devotions​ for the Ambivalent​ and a workshop discussion guide for the book, ​I Pray Anyway – A Playbook available on Amazon​.
 

 
Shohreh Salimpour is the Director of “Project and Development Services (PDS)” at JLL Canada, Toronto office where she is known for leading teams with extensive project management experience in Strategic Planning, Design, Construction, Captial Budget Planning and Asset Management with persistent focus on aligning design excellence with business objectives. She deploys her critical thinking backgrounds in both Architecture, Urban Planning and Civil Engineering disciplines to all assignments, in particular the ones focused on Building Science Engineering offering innovative approaches to new construction as well as rehabilitation of existing buildings.
 
She is highly skilled at bridging multiple disciplines to create a seamless client-facing experience, while ensuring consistent, cost-effective business administration practices. With over 19 years of well-rounded leadership experience in both Architecture and Engineering, Shohreh lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale, complex projects within both private and public sectors, and uses her business acumen, strategic planning, and leadership to bring direction to the company and its project teams. Shohreh is a Foreign-trained architect, Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), LEED Accredited Professional and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with advanced-level project management oversight and strong passion for sustainable and energy efficient design. She has had the advantage of working with Canadian private sector engineering consultants, general contractors and public sector at The City of Toronto. This gives her a unique perspective when managing various types of capital project portfolios. She is interested in continuous process improvements and working towards exceeding project objectives.
 
Shohreh has an accomplished career having been a Program Manager for the Buildings Division at Stantec, managing over 40 projects worth more than $350 M in construction value. She spearheaded the redevelopment of the Building Condition Assessment group, streamlining the national offices’ practices for seamless client experience and delivery. Shohreh was also a Senior Project Manager with the City of Toronto as a part of their Facilities Design & Construction Department. She also worked extensively in the Facilities Management – Asset Prevention Department for several years, developing client focused strategies, and strategic plans to address the City’s expansive portfolio of properties while balancing the multitude of stakeholders. Through her combination of architectural, contracting, engineering, and facility management experience, Shohreh brings a highly specialized skillset to every project.
 
Earning her Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Tehran, Iran; Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto, she is an Intern member of Ontario Association of Architects (OAA Intern), Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE), Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC), Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC) and the Project Management Institute(PMI). She would like to connect with other professionals in the industry, learn from them and share her experience with others. She also strives to become better at her job and help others to be a leader in their field. Moving forward, she wants to get into public speaking and to mentor more women and help them grow in the industry.
 
In her spare time, Shohreh serves as a mentor to Iranian architects and engineers.

Flávia Rodrigues is a Managing Partner at Leader Educa, where she is known for her dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in corporate education. Currently taking on the challenge of reformulating Leader Educa’s strategy, she is guiding the firm through adapting to the new social and global context.
 
Flávia holds her Master’s degree from Mackenzie University, which she obtained in 1995. She is also a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and is certified as a facilitator of the Leadership course by Oxford Leadership Academy. 15 years ago, she started as a consultant, responsible for a large and innovative training program for internal multipliers. She put everything into practice and learned a great deal. After 3 years, she was invited to be a partner in the consultancy and had the opportunity to be in charge of relevant projects in large multinational companies.
 
Passionate about her field, Flávia is proud to have been able to educate and guide others in matters of meditation, self-management, time management, quality of life and feminine empowerment. Moving forward, Flávia plans to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
