RecognizingCheryl Dyck, MBA

 

With over 34 years of experience, Cheryl Dyck is the President/CEO of MSI Action Group, a 10 year old company building on her 30 year old business and IT consultancy practice CASS Consulting Inc. Cheryl is responsible for business & IT transformation for her clients in an advisory role, and places C-Level Executives in temporary or project positions. Her team specializes in implementation of business best practices, implementing effective business process and technical infrastructures, and training teams to proficiently operate the business. She and her team also build business plans, financial projections and pitch decks to help businesses secure funding (grants, equity, investors, loans) for clients and connects them with venture capitalists, funding groups, traditional financial institutions and equity firms.

Cheryl holds her MBA in Information Systems and Project Management from the University of Calgary, plus a computer science minor.  Moving forward, she plans to continue running her company and hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.

RecognizingCharolette Hamilton

 

Operations Manager and Owner of CDJH Logistics, Charolette Hamilton holds a degree in Radiology Administration and is completing her second degree in Business Administration. She is a 27-year Army Veteran, she served as the training coordinator she was the point of contact as the support units needed supplies and on-site training.

Upon retirement she decided to follow her first dream of working in the logistical industry, capitalizing on the knowledge from her Dad’s trucking company and the military service to start CDJH Logistics. A success from the beginning, CDJH Logistics specializes in analyzing customer’s business needs, presenting solutions, and making recommendations to support the clients’ business goals. CDJH Logistics is an agency that arranges the transportation for FTL, LTL, Flatbed, and partial shipments across the United States.

In her spare time, Charolette enjoys traveling, sewing, and reading.

Tracy Cyrus is the founder and Construction Project & Design Manager for Cyrus Management Consultancy. Having established the firm in 2017, she provides construction project management services and property management solutions. Prior to establishing her business, she enjoyed a very successful career in senior project management throughout London, Qatar and the Caribbean, for over 18 years.

Throughout her career, Tracy has been was well known for her leadership, perseverance and commitment to professional development and excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University and master’s in Construction Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. She is also a chartered professional member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Association of Project Managers based in the United Kingdom.
