Marianne van der Ploeg is the Program Manager at Ifmec (=International Facility Management Expertise Center). As program manager, she coaches young professionals in their mid 20s to mid 30s in order to prepare them for temporary jobs and assignments and coordinates internal business management projects. With over 15 years experience in her career, she also plays a role in making marketing plans for the research and innovation department.

Marianne holds her MA in Business from the International School of Paris and is a member of the International Human Management Association and the Stockholm Facility Management Association. Moving forward, she plans to continue working in facilities management and wants to be in a place where she’s valued.

In her spare time, Marianne enjoys travel, cooking and reading.

Hilda Huisman has been in her professional career for a number of years. Currently, Hilda is working as a Consultant with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan where she has been since April of 2019. Hilda’s key goal is to help clients to lose weight in a healthy and responsible manner and to ensure that they can maintain their target weight by eating healthy food in combination with medically responsible meal replacements and 1 on 1 coaching.

Ana Armelin is a Director of BTG Pactual, the leading Investment Bank in Latin America. She is currently the Head of Portfolio Management and Governance for the bank and its invested companies. At the same time, during 2019, BTG Pactual aquired Exame, the leading magazine for business and finance in Brazil, which was part of the leading magazine publishing group, Grupo Abril, for more than 50 years. Ana was part of the team of Exame as Head of Operations, in charge of the start up of the company under the new administration.

Ana has been with BTG Pactual for 6 years after holding leadership positions in another leading bank in Brazil, and working previously in a top-notch Consulting firm. As part of her international career, Ana had the opportunity to work in the US for a year and a half for a global consulting group. She also lead a big transformational project in Europe.

Ana holds her Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola Politecnica da USP and a Master’s in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Moving forward, she wants to continue developing her executive career and hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide. She credits her success thus far to her determination and passion.

In her spare time, Ana enjoys tennis and wave surfing.

Having worked in the fashion industry in New York, Miami, and London, Elsa exudes global fashion-savvy, with an intrinsic understanding of cultural and localized trends.

Looking ahead, she hopes to expand and build a training academy for stylists to they can also establish their own businesses throughout Miami, New York and London. She credits her success to ambition, taking risks, having determination, being consistent and positive, and having strong mentors. For the past two years, Marcela Wolff has been the Director of Business Development in Latin America for ICEF, a global market leader in business-to-business networking events and services for the international education sector. Prior to this position, she was the Director of International Relations at EAFIT University for 10 years. She is also the Executive Director of Director of the Network of accredited Colombian Universities’ Colombia Challenge Your Knowledge, an educational networking group. She is well known for her leadership, interpersonal relations and innovation.

Marcela holds her MBA from EAFIT. She regularly engages in public speaking events discussing topics like academic partnerships, academic collaborations and international student education. She looks forward to mutual mentoring and discussion of best practices with likeminded professionals and speaks fluent English and Spanish.

In her spare time, Marcela enjoys swimming, travel and going to the gym.
