With over 40 years of professional experience in her field, Silvia Pelham is the Owner of Menurbe LDA where she is known for her dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in construction consulting, architectural planning, technical services, and sustainable solutions.

Silvia started her company, Menurbe Lda, after leaving college. Offering expertise in the field of architecture and the environment, she has run her company since 1981 and concurrently was co-founder of three other companies. Her first book is being published this year and the second one is being prepared. She is a widow, and mother of two, who have now both joined her company.

Silvia holds her Doctoral degree in Architecture from the Technical University of Lisbon, which she obtained in 2010. She taught Interior Design for 25 years and ended her teaching career as Director of the Decorative Arts College in Lisbon in 2010. Moving forward, she plans to continue to grow the business and to seek international expansion. She hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide. In her spare time, Silvia enjoys travel, reading and swimming.

Teresa Reyes is Operations Vice President (CTIO) of Tigo Colombia Millicom, where she is responsible for the Technology area. She oversees engineering and operations of Mobile and Fixed networks, including voice and internet services and cable television, in charge also of the entire Information Technology ecosystem,  business support, cyber security, and investment management.

Teresa is a visionary, results-driven executive technology professional, offering 30 years cumulative experience in technology and telecommunications industries, providing decisive leadership and expertise to optimize business performance with proven success in implementation of transformative strategies and business growth.

She has shown consistent success in identifying, initiating and integrating strategic technology plans aligned with corporate business objectives, and is noted for innovative approaches that reduce costs without sacrificing quality standards or disrupting business continuity; methodical, disciplined approach to problem resolution.

She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with bilingual fluency in Spanish/English, and is well-versed in Latin American and European business cultures as well as executive leadership training and continuous professional development through courses with Manchester Business School and Columbia business colleges and multinational programs. She was awarded as one of the 50 more influential 2020  information technology leaders by HITEC organization.

A software engineer, by trade, she worked with the first private mobile telecommunications company in Europa and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Manchester Business School. Looking ahead, Teresa would like to continue growing in Technology corporate positions like Global CTIO or become a CEO, complemented with also serve as member of a corporate board. She credits her success to passion, teamwork, preparation, education, being consistent and being strategic.

Anja Ritter has over 15 years of experience in her field. As an independent Consultant for Sociocracy at the helm of Anja Ritter | Soziokratie unternehmen, she helps companies build up their sociocratic structures, offering advice, planning and the implantation of projects. She develops creative solutions and visions, thinking outside the box to increase team building, participation efficiency, self-organization and morale.

Anja earned a master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Innsbruck in 2011 and the CSE – Certified Sociocracy Expert – in 2020. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to expand the reach of her business, and to help as many people and companies as she can. She credits her success to gaining experience and putting in the hard work. She speaks fluent German and English, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition of being a member.

With over 27 years of experience in Oman and India in the field of media, publishing and events, Mohana has comprehensive and strategic skills in the areas of content creation, content delivery, marketing communications and brand building.
 
Meissa is Mohana’s first stint as an entrepreneur, based in Muscat, Oman. She excels in various forms of content creation which included a stint with an IT start-up in Silicon Valley. She moved to Muscat, Oman in 2001 as the editor for a business magazine. After heading the company as CEO from 2009, she left in 2018 to start her own company.
 
Going forward, she hopes to be able to help individuals and organizations with her skills as a writer to navigate the new realities of a post-COVID-19 world.  She aims to interact with fellow entrepreneurs and businesswomen across the globe, sharing a healthy exchange of ideas which will hopefully lead to success on all sides.
 
Mohana holds her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India and is a member of the World Association of Newspapers. She holds the position of Chargée de Presse in Oman for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, an international gastronomy association.
