As Co-Owner of Hustle Design, Sara Tinnick is an experienced design professional with expertise in social media, web design, print design, photography, motion graphics, animation, branding, and merchandising.
 
Additionally, Sara works as an Assistant Professor at Seton Hill University, her alma mater, where she teaches courses in graphic design and interactive design. She is passionate about teaching and design, and has participated in revamping curriculums, developing new a major in digital humanities, improving the art administration program, and doing research for accreditation initiatives for the university. A highlight of her career thus far has been collaborating with multiple departments to create the interdisciplinary Digital Humanities major, a new and groundbreaking major for the University.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Seton Hill University, Sara went on to earn an MFA in Media Design from Full Sail University and an MS in User Experience Design from Kent State University. Her professional affiliations are vast, and include Kappa Delta Pi, International Society for Technology in Education, Online Learning Consortium, Pennsylvania Association for Educational Communications and Technology, Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators, VA/AR Association, AIGA, and Golden Key International Honors Society.
 
Looking ahead, Sara is completing an EdD in Online Education and is working with a local museum to produce online educational content.

Pina Sampietro is a very successful and innovative business woman, and a great asset to her company. As Leader in ACN, she recruites and develops new business owners in the company. She also coordinates the activities of team members to ensure compliance with the organization’s goals, handles administration duties, and oversees day to day operations.
 

Pina discovered Direct Selling over 10 years ago, and was amazed that she could create a residual income. She started to learn about the many possibilities that she could create in her life. She discovered self-improvement programs, and since then she has never stopped. She learned what a positive mindset can do to better our lives. She has gone through all the ups and down of having a business, dealing with rejection, and having the joy of things turn out the right way. Being in business has been a roller-coaster, but she is always open to listen to other people’s experiences and suggestions. She is always attending training and self-improvement programs, and getting personal coaching. For 10 years she was a Toastmaster member, and attended the speaker academy lead by Les Brown and Eric Worre. She has also attended many of Landmark Education programs that made her who she is today: a powerful woman that has a lot to share and give.
 
Pina’s other passions are Teaching Italian (her mother’s Language) online and love to lead Vision Board workshops. Skilled in strategic planning and marketing, Pina credits her success to her passion, drive and determination. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to utilize her creative skills and great leadership qualities to continue to grow with the company and continue the path of success. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, share the ACN opportunity, and to gaining the recognition of being a member.

As Village Manager of Ryman, Jill Clark oversees the operations of the Village, including residents and employees. She decided to get into the healthcare industry because she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, and expects the best out of everyone to better serve the clients.

She leads a team of approximately 180, and has worked in education for 35 years in a variety of roles; with her current position being in aged care. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her extensive career, and has a Masters degree in Advanced Leadership Practice. She is a lifelong learner looking for opportunities to advance her knowledge.

In 2018, Jill completed a Master of Advanced Leadership Practice, Business Administration and Management from Massey University Albany. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to expand the Village to become an award-winning national leader in the field. She credits her success to professionalism and truly loving what she does.

Through her individual coaching programs, books and workshops, Pam guides clients through the steps necessary for expanding their capacity to bring abundance into their lives. She has worked with people from all walks of life, including spiritual/ transformational practitioners, creative artists, wellness coaches and others struggling to turn passions into profitable businesses. In addition, she partners with her sister, a talented medium, to offer specific coaching services to psychics and other new age professionals looking to promote themselves as authentic entrepreneurs without compromising spirituality.

When coaching, Pam draws on a strong professional background in personal development, communications and team management to empower clients. She also calls on her own strength and experience dealing with life’s challenges. Her approach is extremely grounded and relatable, stemming from a positive mindset that is tangible, structural and extremely effective.
 
Before becoming the Yes Coach, Pam worked for many years as a Legal Administrator and Operations Manager.  Throughout her journey to now, she has studied what motivates people and charted specific actions that lead to positive results.
 
In her personal life, Pam has faced powerful and tragic circumstances that she has ultimately triumphed over—never losing her sense of humor and ability to look on the bright side. Born in Los Angeles, Pam grew up an “Army Brat” living in various places. She graduated High School in San Francisco where she scored among the top 10% nationally on the SATs and earned a full scholarship to her college of choice.  Without a car, she enrolled in the University of Southern California because it was within biking distance of grandmother’s house in South Central Los Angeles where she would live while attending.  Pam graduated with a BA in Journalism and went on to work in roles that include Operations Specialist for The Planet Channel, Program Leader at Landmark Worldwide and Production Assistant at The Kabbalah Centre before establishing her own company, Strategic YES Training, LLC.  Pam is a is a certified game coach, accomplished seminar leader and highly skilled in team management and leadership coaching.
 
When she’s not working to transform lives, Pam enjoys karaoke and lip sync battles. She is an avid gamer who loves to immerse herself in World of Warcraft and Diablo III.  Pam can also be found reading—usually books from the science fiction, fantasy and thriller sections.  Spirituality grounded in her relationship with God, which holds an important place in both Pam’s personal and professional life, she remains open to leading others in this capacity one day.

Sandra Guevara is co-founder and president of Circulars4theFuture, a recently created association to promote sustainable development, as well as circular economy and holistic wellbeing, developing projects both, locally as well as nationally and internationally. Besides, she is also a business strategy, sustainability governance, and circular economy consultant, advisor, and international speaker.  She regularly engages in public speaking events discussing topics like conscious leadership, societal change for sustainable development, or new business models.
Women’s empowerment is also one of her areas of interest, in particular, economic empowerment with the aim to generate triple impact or shared value, for themselves and their families, their communities, and the natural environment.  She has also been researching on the opportunities to mainstream sustainability and gender at local governments and the synergies between both, gender and sustainable development. She has co-authored an article on this issue published by the United Nations Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean

Formerly, she was a career diplomat from Venezuela for more than 20 years, having had the opportunity to represent her country at its Embassies in India, Algeria, Norway, Belgium/European Union, and Denmark, as well as in many international negotiations processes in Latin America and International Organizations around the world. Such experiences have enriched her perspective. She speaks fluently Spanish, English and French, and understands Portuguese.

Sandra holds her Ph.D. in Applied Economics  from the University of Valencia (Spain) where she also completed a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development. Her background is in International Relations (Central University of Venezuela) with Specialization in International Economic Negotiations.

She loves art-making, meditation, and traveling. She also enjoys networking and mentoring.
