Bernadette Palmer is Senior Associate Information Security for Publicis Groupe. With over 28 years in her field, she develops communication strategies, security awareness training, employee engagement, strategy and policy development.

Specializing in communications, policy development, and security awareness, she holds a Masters degree in Internal Communications from Kingston University, London obtained in 2007. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and takes pride in instilling good security cultures in professional environments.

In the future, she looks forward to continuing to educate others, continuing to deliver quality training and encouraging development. She credits her success to persistence, empathy, experience, and positive engagement. Jeanne Foot is the Founder and Director of The Recovery Concierge (TRC), which is recognized as a premier provider for mental health concierge services that fully support their clients anywhere they join on their journey to wellness. It is their mission to change not only how we talk about mental health and addiction, but how we treat it.

Inspired to establish the firm after her own experience seeking the right mental health support for her child, Jeanne created a comprehensive solution that is effective, professional, and timely. Today, their services include assessments, counseling, invitational interventions, therapeutic navigation, case management, continuing care, relapse prevention, sober companionship, coaching, safe passage, alcohol monitoring, and mentoring. Through a client-centered, trauma-informed, and solutions-focused approach, TRC guides, advocates, supports, and collaborates with clinical professionals and family members to successfully monitor and mentor clients on their road to recovery.

Passionate about helping people, Jeanne completed postsecondary education in Addiction and Business. She is a certified drug and alcohol counselor, hypnotherapist, and is a member of the CACCF, IBCP, Forbes Business Council, and Mobilize Recovery. Her work has been published in the Canadian Mental Health Journal and she is currently in the process of writing a book. Looking ahead, she plans to take on speaking opportunities, additional clinical support, and train Mental Health Professionals in a Board Certified Training in Mental Health and NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Oralia de la Peña-Aguirre is a full member of the academic staff at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios de Monterrey (ITESM), where she teaches courses in Innovation, Business Models, Strategic Management and Design Thinking, among other subjects. She is passionate about women’s empowerment and how that power can multiply when women get together to share their experience and knowledge.
 
With more than 30 years of experience in her field, she has been in teaching for the past decade and comes from a background in information systems, management and executive leadership. She holds a PhD in Management, and a Master of Science in Management
 
Outside of her work at the university, Oralia is Co-Founder of the Autism Association. She enjoys travel and reading, and is a marathon runner, and is mother of four daughters and caregiver to 2 dogs. Looking ahead, she is currently honing her own methodology and working tools, and looks forward to expanding her impact and help for others across the globe. Based in Nuevo León, Mexico, she speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Jana Krioukov is currently a Senior Partner at Wembley Partners Ltd, a Cyber Security Consulting Firm with offices in Toronto Canada, Cheltenham, UK, and Dover, US. For over 5 years she has been a Cybersecurity Expert and for nearly 2 years with her company she has lead her team in Toronto. Her company specializes in many aspects of cybersecurity including risk assessment and mitigation, execution of network and application security assessments and compliance auditing.

Jana is an experienced Quality Assurance Leader as well as Project Manager, and has her CompTIA Security+ Certification. She and her company are currently working with S&M and enterprise organizations to reduce the dangers of cyber crimes, and is in the process of a major expansion in the United States, with an office opening currently in Delaware and plans to expand further. Jana is a speaker at International Cyber Conferences, having just spoken at the UK based CyNam 20.2 conference, and is currently pursuing her CISM certification. Her areas of expertise are in penetration testing, application security, compliance auditing, and employee awareness training.

Jana moved to Canada from Latvia over 12 years ago and is now a successful entrepreneur and a passionate advocate against the spread of misinformation and fake news. She is a graduate of York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Business and Economics and has taken extensive course certification work in Cyber and Risk. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition of being a member.

With over 20 years of professional experience in her field, Beatriz Eugenia Rodríguez Riveros is a National Director at G4S where she spearheads purchases and strategic sourcing. To this role, Beatriz brings dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in procurement consulting and assessment.

Beatriz holds her MBA from EAFIT, which she obtained in 2018. Moving forward, she hopes to become a consultant in an independent capacity and plans to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide. Beatriz credits her success thus far to her commitment to teamwork and learning.
