Klara is a world class successful and high performing businesswoman who has achieved the impossible in every position she has held. Directly after accomplishing her BSc studies in Behavioural & Social Sciences from Uppsala University, Klara joined a Management Trainee as Marketing Manager Sweden at Ergobaby in Germany. She was offered a role as Senior Marketing EMEA only after three months into her management Trainee, this due to her very successful, innovative brand launch and sales development on the competitors home turf Sweden. Within three years she became the CEO of the Swedish’s subsidiary for the same company and established the organization from A-Z. For the last 13 years Klara has continued to grow high-quality start-up brands, made them blossom on sales and to global successes within the consumer goods & retail industry. In her latest role as Global Sales Director at Herobility AB., she established the brand on a global level by analyzing potential new markets & consumer trends, planned and directed go-to-market strategy and thereafter ensured an increase in sales by preparing required sales forecasts. She was also executing new product launches, promotions, pricing strategy, negotiated distributors, and large account contracts as well as supported internal sales teams.

Between Jan 2014- Dec 2015 Klara was also accepted into the prestigious Executive MBA program at Scandinavian top Business School, Stockholm School of Economics while she was still working 100%. Although this journey was very challenging klara feels it was one of the most rewarding periods in her life as she grew as a leader both on a professional and personal level.

Klara is convinced that her discipline and perseverance are her strongest assets and the key to her career success. Moving forward, she plans to continue to grow and expand in business and hopes to network as much as possible with like-minded professionals worldwide.

 

 

LeNeshia R. Markey is an educator in the St. Charles Parish Public Schools system. A highly educated woman (she has earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, Master of Arts in Teaching with Honors, and was considering a third degree), she inspires adolescents to do better than their best every day. She is passionate about her civic duty to her people.  She is also driven by the desire to understand how to navigate her profession more effectively to affect positive change in her community as she holds Board memberships and has memberships in various organizations. LeNeshia has an emphatic love of poetry, has published her own personal volume (Within Shades of Mahogani), and is currently working on her next two projects.  She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals and to gaining the recognition of being a member of this established empowerment tool for women.

Ana Cristina Morales offers over 11 years of experience in her field. As Technical Services Global Manager of Grupo Bimbo in Mexico, she creates global procedures and implements new technologies to drive marketing strategy and results. Coming from a background in the food industry, she has been featured in several articles in magazines.

At Grupo Bimbo, she is responsible for the development of global guidelines aimed to comply with food safety, quality and operational policies, as well as the progress of implementation of global  process standards. She has been in her role over a year, and excels in leadership and staying on top of new trends in the field.

Ana Cristina holds a Master’s degree in Food Safety from the University of Greenwich, class of 2014. She credits her success to transparency and passion in her work. On the horizon, she plans to continue to move up in the company. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition of being a member.

With over 20 years of experience in her field, Fernanda Correia-Sefzick is the Director of Treat Me Right CIC and Respeito where she and her team work to support victims of domestic violence and address health inequities.

She is passionate about nonprofits startups and has helped to found three in the last three years, who are doing amazing work in the areas of supporting domestic abuse victims, and addressing health inequalities. She believes it is a privilege to be able to use her skills to help the community and is humbled by the many amazing volunteers who joined her to support the community in very practical ways during the pandemic.

Fernanda holds her Master’s degree in Human Resources from South Bank University, which she obtained in 2009, and is a member of the Institute for Learning, the Management Institute, and the Fundraising Institute. Moving forward, she will look for more opportunities and will continue to support women suffering from domestic violence.

In her spare time, Fernanda enjoys arts and crafts and painting. She also does volunteer work frequently in her community.

Magalie Paillard is a very experienced key player in the field of nutrition & well-being. As an International Nutrition Consultant, Nutritional Therapist, ILM Wellbeing Coach, Plant Based Chef and Recipe Developer, she has been working in the field for over 15 years. She has a proven track record in combining international project management, nutritional therapy, and corporate wellness in Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Thailand.

She runs a busy online nutrition coaching business, helping high-achieving businesswomen to achieve an equilibrium of balance. She helps them deal with the root causes of their exhaustion, anxiety, and feelings of being overwhelmed through a combination of bespoke nutrition and well-being coaching.

Her area of specialism is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME and Fibromyalgia.

Magalie also provides hospitality consultancy services to 5-star hotels and resorts to guide and advise them on their current healthy food offerings as well as their wellness programs. These services range from working with the Executive Chefs, writing nutrition SOPs, working with Spa Directors on implementation of wellness programs to overseeing recruitment of key players in the nutrition & hospitality field.

She provides corporate nutrition programs to managers and their teams as a group or 1:1. The programs are focused on education, motivation, coaching, and practical demonstrations. She simplifies nutrition concepts and makes them both relevant and applicable to everyday lives.

Magalie is a Member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists, CNHC as well as the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.
