Beatrice Metzler is a Learning Partner for Facebook and has her own business as a life and personal coach. In Facebook her current role is creating and managing learning strategies from onboarding to ongoing functional skill development for teams that are crossfunctional partners to the Advertising Sales Teams. Beatrice moved up within Facebook, starting in Sales Support, later working in Advertising Sales for Entertainment clients in Germany, and finally joining the Sales Learning Team in 2018. She credits her success to her desire to help others achieve their goals, as well as her own creativity and professionalism. Beatrice just celebrated her 10th anniversary working for Facebook on August 9^th.

She is currently working on a book for children 6 to 9 years old, which tells a story of a young girl who learns from her grandma and her parents how practicing gratitude can improve her mood.

As a trained coach Beatrice learned about the power of gratitude and was struck by how impactful the practice can be. She wished she had learned about it as a child, which is why she wrote the book. She is currently looking for an illustrator.

Beatrice holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University, 2010, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

With over 15 years of professional experience in her field, Noelle Kohles is pivoting her career into the healthcare industry. She is known for her dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in healthcare, nursing, and patient care.

For the last 7 years of her career she has spent her time as a nursing leader building teams within healthcare organizations and improving patient outcomes. She found throughout her career that some of her greats thoughts, inspirations, and innovations have come from networking with other professionals in the community and across the country. Prior, she was Director of Nursing at Tufts Medical Center.

Noelle holds her Master’s degree. Moving forward, she hopes to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible.

Catherine Kister has over 20 years of experience in her field. As Executive Assistant of Ernst & Young, she works to build relationships with internal and external contacts, maintains files and records, and arranges business travel and administration support for the executives in her department. She also handles direct communication and correspondence with customers, partners, and employees.
 
With exceptional organizational skills, Catherine speaks 5 languages and is able to adapt quickly to new and evolving situations. She holds an Associates degree in Human resources from Handelsschule KV Basel and outside of work loves to volunteer for educational organizations and children’s activities. Looking ahead, she plans to stay on in her role and to continue to develop and grow. She credits her success to being a dynamic person, working hard, thriving under pressure, and being results-oriented. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and gaining the recognition of being a member.

Annette Lam, PMP is a successful and exceptional businesswoman and a great asset to her company, AM2 Solutions, LLC where she is co-owner and Managing Partner. In this role, she is responsible for setting strategic goals and objectives, supervises daily activities and monitors performance, drives business growth and contributes innovative ideas and concepts for her customers and employees.

Annette holds her degree in Engineering from Duke University and has a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University.  Her consulting specialties cover a broad discipline, ranging from transportation management, strategic planning and implementation to logistics and operations management, information technology and communications outreach.  She feels that passion, dedication, integrity and drive are the foundation to her success along with great leadership, communications and problem-solving skills. Moving forward, she plans to continue to grow and expand AM2 Solutions, a women-owned small business based in Northern Virginia and hopes to empower women leaders and collaborate with likeminded professionals worldwide.

Outside of her work, Annette enjoys spending time with her family and is a mother of three children.  She is the biggest fan of her children’s sports teams.  She also enjoys music and playing the piano whenever she has a chance.
