Janelle James is a Creative Stress Management Coach of L.A.J. Creative Expressions. She utilizes art and art therapy techniques to coach and help her clients to manage their stress.  After working through her own stressful, life changing experiences using her artistic gifts she realised that her life lacked meaning and purpose except when she was helping out with the Christmas Charity group ( Love Day ).

As an accomplished artist, published author and photographer, Janelle realized that she could help others using her experiences and her gifts.  In doing some research she found Creative coaching to be the ideal marriage of her talents and interests.

She offers years of expertise in the areas of communication, art, stress management, creativity, and photography. Janelle is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition of being a member.
