Sophie Deniel is the founder and Managing Director of BookBeo, a company she’s run since 2008. Originally, she created a business that helped bringing books to life by adding video contents, considered as the first and unique application implementing augmented reality. Her project has flourished since : bookBeo is now a nine people’s team, specialised in the development of web and mobile applications enabling new uses of interactivity, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality.
BookBeo’s business spans in areas as diverse as Edition, Tourism, Commerce, Industry, Transportation and Marketing. Any object, place, production process, product or service can be connected to virtual content to meet a particular expectation.
 
Following a European research project in the e-health field, Sophie Deniel decided to create a first subsidiary in this vertical market and founded Beo Santé in February 2020. Its aim is to implement innovative solutions to improve patients’ and healthcare professionals’ quality of life.
She is well known for her leadership and innovation, and thrives on creating new technologies research and business adventures. She looks forward to share her experience, networking and collaborating with other professionals. Her work is a real adventure in the world of men, new technologies, research and business. She speaks fluent English and French.

Over the past 24 years, Gina Gentile has walked two separate and distinct professional journeys: one in the military and the other in corporate America. As a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, she served in strategic leadership roles and has been privileged to serve thousands of Soldiers and officers. As a VP in Operations at eVestment (a Nasdaq company), she serves to improve their client experiences with their products and services.

In light of the unprecedented global business environment, stable and visionary leadership is needed in order to manage shifting priorities, spearhead innovation, and position companies for continued growth in the midst of challenges. Gina has dedicated her career in delivering quality operational initiatives that have resulted in multimillion dollar achievements, business transformation, and long-term strategic planning and execution. She has been recognized for driving customer success and retention, and she leverages her leadership experience from the military to empower cross-functional teams through training, professional development, coaching, and mentorship. She is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Instructor, as well as a Customer Experience Professional.

Moving forward, she hopes to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible.

Olga Sorokina is a very diverse and successful businesswoman and entrepreneur that loves creative and analytical thinking and challenges. She is currently the owner of 2 businesses in Montreal, Quebec. Originally from Russia, she immigrated to Montreal over 17 years ago. She is multilingual speaks Professional English, Russian and French. She has a proven track record in CEO’s coaching and mentoring, project management, real estate, strategic design, risk management, and human resources.
 
Olga is CEO of Gestactif, a firm that provides services in commercial real estate, property management, and organizational development. Located in Laval, Quebec, she has had her company for over 6 years and serves as Executive Director. She also founded Stoik QSE over 3 years ago. She serves as The Coach and Strategic Designer and works in the area of ISO Risk Management, Safety, Quality, and Performance. Olga is also a Certified Business Coach and has been in private practice for nearly 6 years. She works with professionals to increase performance, work/life balance, professionals transitioning to the next level, and work conflict resolution.
 
Olga is a very effective and dynamic thinker and loves problem solving and complex work issues. She is a Project Management Professional, and a member of The International Entrepreneurs Network (GR International). She is also very passionate about her work, ecology and the fight against human trafficking.

Angelique Poulin is the Head of Leadership Development at The Fox to The Little Prince where she spearheads learning and development as well as executive leadership. During 25 years, including 15 years at an international level, she has been promoting, learning, talent and inclusion in various environment.  She has been part of big and smaller transformations. She feels fortunate to work on leadership with purpose and come to her sense of purpose of being the Fox to the Little Prince in organizations.

Angelique holds her Master’s degree in History from a university in Belgium and an additional Master’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Montreal. Moving forward, she plans on helping other organizations change and causing positive impact. She hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.

In her spare time, Angelique enjoys traveling and reading. She also mentors and sponsors children in need frequently in her community.

Julie Rasmussen is the Chairman, Founder & CEO of Dagmar Associates. Having initially moved to Russia to launch Mary Kay Cosmetics, she then started up a security company, a real estate development company, a chain of coffee bars, and the Hertz Rent-a-Car Master Franchise for Russia in a series of private equity deals. Entrepreneurial by nature, Julie is able to identify a new opportunity and make the most of it when she sees it. After executing a Management Buyout of the Hertz Franchise (MBO), she became the Majority Owner and Chairman.

A senior level female C-Suite executive with CEO, COO, Executive Chairman, Chairman and Independent Director experience, she has not only started up and scaled several businesses, but is an investor in her own right, putting her own capital at risk in many of the ventures she has started or taken a majority ownership stake in.

Julie has an MBA from the Saïd School of Business at the University of Oxford with a focus on fintech, behavioral finance, macro-economics, entrepreneurship and social & digital marketing strategy particularly as it pertains to selling financial products and services to women.
