Klaudia Henry has over 22 years of international experience in people operations, leadership and senior HR positions. She has served as a mentor for senior managers and developed employees to support their career growth and is currently the Senior HR People Operations Learning Leader, at GE.

Klaudia’s key drivers are building, energy and passion for developing people. Throughout her career she has realized how valuable coaching and inspiring is, how a good word from a successful leader can change the mindset and be inspirational for others, and how important it is to encourage and be encouraged. Having a motivated team and individual is a key to success for any leader and organization. This motto resonates well especially in times of uncertainty.

As a working mother she had to make often tough career decisions and find the right balance for herself. As the world is changing and we are facing the unknown, she looking forward to being part of a group where she will find inspiration, and be able to share reflections on the future working environment of women and new opportunities to form.

Klaudia holds her Master’s degree in Linguistics. Moving forward, she plans to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible.

In her spare time, Klaudia enjoys playing tennis, skiing and water sports with her two children and husband.

Paula Tornroos has been working in International Marketing and Communications for nearly 20 years. Her recent role was at ABB based in Finland as Global Marketing and External Communications Manager. Her expertise was in Corporate Branding, Project Management, Change Management, and Communications Strategy. She dealt in Internal and External Communications, was a Team Leader and was responsible for the communications strategy for the Service Business of Electrification She worked cross channel and with various stakeholder groups which taught her to see the corporate vision but worked internally to understand the value of collaboration. She is refocusing her future career to business development supporting HR and sustainability, supporting change management with means of communication, promoting employer branding, and developing organization culture by fostering ethical leadership.

She in finalizing her eMBA in the near future and her theses will focuse on practical ways to foster healthy organizational culture based on key characteristics of the Scandinavian equal company culture. Paula has also worked with Distribution Channels,, Sales, Budgets, Reporting, and Forecasting. She worked with On-line Media Marketing, Product Launches, and Event Management. She worked in all channels of Marketing and Sales Globally.
 
Paula is a specialist in Linguistics and speaks English, Finnish, Swedish, and German and is now forging a new path professionally and her target is to work for Human Relations, Brand and Organizational Development. She is motivated by People, Business and Brand Development and Collaborative Initiatives. She is very passionate about developing Company Culture, International Collaboration and Value Based Leadership.

Paula  is currently conducting Executive MBA at The University of Vaasa and has obtained a Masters Degree in International Cultural Studies/Linguistics/Organizational Management and Marketing from the same university. She studied Commerce and Foreign Trade at The Tampere University of Applied Sciences for her Bachelors Degree.

Maria Teresa Simões is Area Manager of Organizational Transformation&HR for Galp. Her education is law and in the early years of her career she was a lawyer. After 10 years she became a legal counsellor and in the last 8 years she has dedicated herself to the issues of people and the organizational and cultural transformation of companies.

An extremely well-organized and goal-oriented person, she is capable of devoting herself passionately to the work she develops. Reliability and being able to work under pressure are two of her main strengths and she really appreciates working as part of a team. However, she is also capable of tackling projects on her own due to her initiative and love for a challenge.

She credits her success thus far to hard work and life experience. She enjoys travel and reading in her spare time, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Maria Gudmundsdottir is the CEO of Parity – Creative House where she manages a team of ten in the gaming industry. They are currently designing a game inspired by 17th and 18th century Iceland.

Maria offers over 15 years of experience in the video game industry and founded her own company in 2017. Her mission is increase diversity in the video game industry and the products themselves.

Maria holds her Bachelor’s degree in Russian from the University of Iceland and is a member of the IGI Gaming Industry Association and the Icelandic Gaming Industry. Moving forward, she plans to publish her game in 2021 and an additional mulit-player game in 2023.

In her spare time, Maria enjoys writing poems and doing African dance.

Renata Sankar is an Experiential Event Producer at Renata A. Sankar Production, Ltd. With over 18 years of experience in the field, her focus is on creating the  best experience possible. She found her way into this field through a combination of luck, opportunity and passion.

She holds an MSc in Sports Management from the University of the West Indies. Looking ahead, Renata wants to grow her business and give back to society by teaching others within her field how to navigate and be successful. She wants to be the best at what she does and willing to undertake any obstacles necessary to gain respect and continue expansion.
