In terms of business education, she has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Santa Clara and finished her Bachelors Degree in Political Economics from University of California at Berkley.
Lora Lee is currently working as Senior Consultant for Viewpoint Research, Inc. in Los Gatos, California. Viewpoint is a research institute that partners with their high-tech clients in making important decisions regarding channel strategy, partner programs, competitive positioning, and growth initiatives. Although she enjoys consulting, she would like to follow her passion which is sales enablement in the technology space. She wants to lead a high-performance global team that drives cross functional success and growth acceleration.

Tina Kadish is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of corporate experience in training and talent acquisition. As Owner of Life is Ideal, she offers extensive business and life coaching services. She offers her valuable personal experience having transitioned from corporate to entrepreneurship, and specializes in coaching others.
When her job as a progressive training development and acquisition and talent professional was eliminated, she, like many others in corporate America, felt uncertain about her future. Sandra Schnyder has more than 15 years of experience in the field of new placement and 10 years of management experience in the banking and human resources sectors. At the world’s largest asset manager, she was in charge of the areas “International Mobility Services”, “Career Advisory” (operational implementation of the social plan) and all training topics relevant to the strategy of Personal Banking Switzerland. As chairwoman & CEO of Shaperion she provides with her crew, career transition for C-Level Executives & accompany Executives and Leadership Teams along their “Agile Leadership Development Process”.
As one of the first in-house executive coaches, she accompanied key talents in their individual, team and project development processes at the in-house Business University. She introduced the “Analysis of the situation” offer and, as part of the “Life Long Learning Initiative”, coaching for professional reorientation. As a mentor, she now accompanies mentee at the University of St. Gallen and supports the dual education system as an ambassador for the organization of the Swiss University of Applied Sciences.

Laura Petruso is an architect at Alpex Architecture, Ltd., where she has been sole director and principle architect since 2010. She fell in love with the field due to a passion for buildings and living spaces, and is known for her design and attention to detail.
With an international background, she has studied in Italy, France and United Kingdom, as well as achieved professional experience in Italy, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Laura currently lives and work in London, where she moved to attend a Master in Architectural Design program after qualifying as an architect in Italy.
Some of her prior experiences include being a Senior architect for KPF, Kohn Pedersen & Fox Architects, London, 2007-2008, a part-time Lecturer at BA first year course, School of the Built Environment, Department of Architecture, at Oxford Brookes University, 2006-2007, and an architect at Foster & Partners, London 2000-2002.
Laura completed the Italian Architects Professional qualification exam, once earned her Diploma in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan. Her thesis was “Future Bauhaus: Akademie am Bauhaus“(Dessau), tutors: Prof. Arch. R. Dorigati (Milan), Prof. Ing. M. Malinowsky (Paris).
In addition to being a Member of The Women’s Networking Association, she is a Member of the Wandsworth & Richmond Design Review Panel, GRAND DESIGNS LIVE, ARCHITECT IN THE HOUSE, RIBA Corporate Member (Royal Institute of British Architects), and is a Guest critic in Units reviews @ Bartlett School and Westminster University.
She was awarded the Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarship (USA) in 1998, and has studied at the Polytechnic of Milan, Ecole d’Architecture Paris La Seine and The Bartlett, UCL in London, worked in several international practices (Fuksas in Rome, Lusher in Lausanne, Foster & KPF in London, and assistant teacher at the Ecole Politechnique de Lausanne.
She founded her architectural practice, Alpex architecture, in 2010 and never stopped enjoying her job in delivering amazing projects to clients. Looking ahead, she hopes to bring a stronger voice in the architect field, working on her own projects. has over 20 years as an emergency room trauma nurse, and one year as a business owner of Beauty by Melissa PLLC. For most of her career, she was a trauma nurse in the ER. In the last year, Melissa started her own business as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector providing Aesthetic treatments for the face and body. She currently works solo and services include: Neuromodulators such as Botox and Jeuveau, Dermal Fillers, Advanced Dermal Fillers, Neora Skin Care Products and SkinPen Microneedling with PRP, all while following CDC guidelines for the safety of her clients and herself.
She is certified as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and has a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Thiel College, 2000. She is an American Med Spa Member, CCRN – Critical Care Certified Registered Nurse.
She credits her success to wanting to have more balance for her young daughters, and still help people feel good about themselves and handle skin issues. In the future she would like to grow and open her own med spa and hire staff in the Pennsylvania area. She enjoys helping people, saving people’s lives, and now helping people feel good about themselves.
