Stasie is originally from Jamaica, West Indies. She enjoys cooking, staying fit, singing and spending time with her family. She is an avid community advocate and volunteers her time at schools, shelters, youth organizations and hospitals. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Economics and a Master’s in Technology Management. She is also a Certified Director of Safety and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She’s held senior level positions in organizations such as Walmart, Ice Mobility, Golden State Foods, McLane Food Service, Amazon and Target. She prides herself on being an adept leader and strategic planner with demonstrated ability to drive change, build relationships, and provide technical expertise, support, and training to staff.
 
In addition to her accomplishments in corporate America, Stasie is also an entrepreneur. She is part owner at Judy’s Island Grill PSG located in Powder Springs Georgia. Stasie is a restaurateur focused on building and growing sustainable business platforms in this space. She is a detailed oriented, execution focused leader. She maintains a vast network of business professionals utilized to help her grow her business and lends those talents to assist other professionals as well. Not only is she a savvy business professional, she is insightful and introspective. She takes great pride in her work and continuously challenges herself to dig deeper and improve personally and professionally.
 
If it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a family, friends, neighborhood businesses, mentors, the community, city officials, and great media coverage to build a restaurant. Britt Gottschalk is Chief Executive Officer of ReVise Consulting. Initially from Milwaukee, she is a Wisconsin native. She received her bachelor’s degree in General Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received dual master’s degrees from Elmhurst University in Business Administration and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has worked in a variety of industries for the past 13 years, managing and developing multiple teams in healthcare, services and business communications sectors.

Britt decided to start her own telecommunications consulting firm because she loves helping people and knew there was a need for her services in a current and post-pandemic world. She specializes in leadership development, process improvement, strategic planning, change/project management, performance management, business transformation, marketing/sales and recruiting. Her biggest challenge was taking the leap of faith to start her own business, right in the middle of a pandemic.

She hopes to help other organizations realize the potential of their workforces by identifying opportunities for improvement in the virtual space. Her key to success is the network and support system that she has cultivated. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Joan Evans is Chief Financial Officer of Abundant Life Bible Church, a role that has brought her the reward and fulfillment of following her calling. She was always drawn to the financial side of things, and took great pride in being able to get the church finances in order when she took on the job.

Also an author, Joan enjoys writing and has seen her work published in anthologies, as well as self-publishing two books. She received the International Society of Poets Merit Award in 1994, and looking ahead plans to increase her writing time and projects.

She has had a diversified path to her present position as C.F.O. She has been in finance since elementary school managing the Tuck Shop, Treasurer in high school and Student Body President, served as Payroll officer and Office Manager in a Department Store and a law firm, and then in government accounting for nine years, before moving to her current position.

Her writing career also began in elementary school. She has been published in anthologies in the United States and received a Merit award for her poetry. She has self-published two books and is seeking to get a traditional publishing contract for her recent works. She has appeared on This Week in America with Ric Bratton for her book, The Beauty of His Presence, and is scheduled for a second interview in January, 2021 about her newest book.

Joan holds an Associates’ degree in Accounting from the University of The Bahamas. She is looking forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.

Paola Andrea Peña is the CEO of Performance & Media Digital a Digital Agency company that is been running for 2 years but that with the hard work of her and all her team is seen results this Year, companies understood that Digital world is here and is making life easier for everyone, he helps companies from scratch small or big companies to get into that word and reach objectives.

She also runs a traditional media agency, where their main emphasis is radio in Colombia there are around 1.800 Radio Stations and because is a country that still missing a lot of connectivity, radio is one of the main media communications in the country. She enjoys challenges pace and variety of entrepreneurial pursuit, One of her biggest challenge are to be a mom and an entrepreneur, is not easy to balance all responsibilities but when you understand how to do it life become more easy.

She has been rising the ranks in the workforce for the past 20 years, and is known for her expertise in change management, leadership, and development.

She has been constructing her professional experience since she was 17 years old, she studied marketing and business in Colombia. She also studied at Notre Dame University earning a degree in Political Studies and her masters in London in Strategic Marketing Communication.

She has worn many hats, but her spirit is to be an entrepreneur. She has created different business and although not all of them have been successful three of them are.

She enjoys serving as a mentor and inspiration to up and coming entrepreneurs,  and credits her success to having a positive outlook and following her passion. She is looking forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.

Flavia Marchetti has is an RN and Lead Clinical Specialist for RBCI. She has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and public service, and spent 22 years working for St. Michael’s Hospital as a surgical nurse.

Flavia holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Ryerson University and is well known for her leadership and her commitment to continuous and improvement.  She specializes in Lead, Chronic Pain Solutions at RBC, and is a senior NeuroTrauma RN at Unity Health Toronto Ontario. She offers over 25 years of acute and subacute clinical experience direct patient intervention with subject matter expertise in healthcare workflow analytics.

She has over 15 years of case management as a clinical specialist and consulting for the insurance industry both private and public systems. She is on the committee for the Manage My Pain app, where she is responsible for providing input on performance enhancements with the app and client engagement.

A proud member of ORNGT and RNAO, she is licensed under the College of Nurses of Ontario and a Graduate of GBC Nursing School with honors. In addition to her BSN, she holds Certifications in ATLS and Six Sigma, York Schulich Business School for Managing People. She is a volunteer for several organizations including Canadian Blood Services and Food Bank, Hamilton and Toronto.

Committed to public service, she is a strong advocate for all her patients going through the healthcare system and disability insurance sector areas.
