Sabine Maucci is a successful international professional in Technology with over 25 years in her profession. She has worked in Programming, Software Applications across business sectors, and has been a successful IT Manager, specializing in data management and business intelligence areas. Indara Nouvet has over 25 years of experience in her field. As PMO Manager of Assa Compañia de Seguros, she oversees the various aspects of insurance tasks throughout Panama and Central America. She was driven to the work because she wanted to help people enjoy more productive lives, and is known for taking initiatives and seeing them through to fruition.

With extensive knowledge and experience in the management of technology departments, she is a seasoned project manager in business integration. She excels in leadership and in implementation of technological projects (Traditional methodologies and Scrum), and is responsible for the creation of Project Manager Offices and adopting methodologies in the organization.

Indara is known for leading, motivating, and being an organized and self-taught person. She has extensive experience in the services, industrial, banking, electricity and insurance sectors. She has worked at market-leading companies such as: ASSA Insurance Company, ENSA Electrical Distribution, Gold Mills Panama and Panama Stock Exchange. She also holds reach Change Management, Scrum Master, Digital Transformation and Project Management Professional Certifications.

Cassandra Griffin has over 10 years of sales experience in the IT industry. As Director of Sales for Converge Technology Solutions, Toronto she is responsible for ensuring the success of the Toronto sales team as well as managing and building client relationships. It has been a very exciting and challenging new role for her, and she would love to be able to hear from and learn from other women on this same journey.

Cassandra first started her career as an inside sales representative, selling commodity IT over the phone and supporting Account Executives with their day to day quoting and order processing. From there she moved into an Account Executive role for a top IT solution provider, working with clients to understand their business and IT objectives and helping them build a strategy for their Cloud, Security and Digital transformation initiatives.
