With over two decades of professional experience, Caroline Clarke is the Director and Owner of NuFuture Developments. Launched with her business partner last year, NuFuture Developments mission is to challenge the property industry by building out community living and workspaces using Passivhaus innovative solutions and materials. NuFuture Developments is offering homes and eco villages with zero carbon, plus energy materials, which means greatly reduced energy bills, no gas on site, electric car charging points and much more. As Passivhaus evolves to be the preferred choice of living and construction, it also serves the purpose of protecting the environment. Prior to this new venture, she was Director and Owner of Property Management Southwest Ltd. She is excited about new projects that will help not only the environment but provide sustainable homes for everyone.

Caroline started working from the age of 16 in banking and worked her way up to a higher position over the 9 years she was there. She then did a total flip and trained as a fitness professional. She purchased a diet and fitness franchise and ran her business in Devon, UK for 5 years, until her 2nd child was born. She and her husband set up a graphic design agency in 2004. She is the financial controller, co. secretary and HR department. She also set up her property sourcing business part time three years ago searching for investment properties for my client base. She wears many hats, and credits her success thus far to hard work and flexibility.

Adriana Tanese Nogueira is a Psychological and Spiritual Educator, Life Coach, Transpersonal Therapist, and Author of more than 20 titles. She helps people to discover and develop their true selves and therefore to achieve a happier and wiser life. She gives special attention to femininity and masculinity as principles that need to be depolluted from a toxic culture in order to empower both women and men. Adriana pays special attention also to parenting and children’s education and upbringing. She has a keen interest in working with those people who seek to make a difference in the world.

She offers a strong European philosophical and psychoanalytic background. Her twelve years of study of philosophy and of post-Jungian psychoanalysis training with one of the most creative and original Italian psychoanalyst, Silvia Montefoschi, plus her diverse and profound life experiences give her a robust understanding of both the depth of the psyche, including past lives and spiritual experiences, and our destiny as individuals and humans.

She fluently speaks three languages and has three nationalities. She is a trainer and educator facilitating inner work-and-active participation in the world. Adriana is geared towards evolution of consciousness. She pioneered the natural birth movement in Brazil and created a on profit there. She is the founder of AELLA – International Institute of Psychological and Spiritual Education for online learning and training. She manages four websites, Instagram pages, and two YouTube channels.

She credits her success to her passion and drive and looks forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.

She was accountant for 30 years, only to realize that was not her passion. She tried several businesses such as travel and a Sage reseller. The she found RTT – Rapid Transformational Therapy, which has helped her to overcom  fears and achieve extraordinary results in her business and personal life .

She wants to help other women empower and help reform old beliefs to new ones. RTT was designed to provide rapid relief and permanent results, to help women easily and effortlessly.

With over 13 years of experience in the industry, Abimbola Bamiwo is a Senior Business Consultant at Ernst & Young where she performs regulatory, security and compliance assessment of IT Systems, Processes and Environments; and leads a team of four.

Abimbola holds her Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University and has various industry standard certifications. A professional member of the (ISC)2 and ISACA, Information Security & Audit Control etc., as well as the Director of Membership for the Atlantic Province Chapter. Moving forward, she wants to grow in her field and to be the head of IT Audit/Security eventually.

In her spare time, Abimbola enjoys reading inspirational biographies and is a film buff.
