Ana Alexandra Tovar Soto is a results-driven Global Purchasing Manager/ Global Category Buyer with over 10 years of experience in the Purchasing field. Working for Faurecia, she serves as Global Purchasing Manager for their Product and Process Industrialization Centre, directing their global purchasing team to maximize business profitability and design and drive cost-effective global procurement strategy and organization for sites across Europe, USA as well as China.

Dee is recognized leadership expert with over 30 years of experience.  She is also a U.S. Navy veteran, who retired as a Command Master Chief after serving 33 years.  At the time of her retirement from service, she held the distinction of being the most senior enlisted female serving in the Navy and worked in numerous executive-level positions and coached many of the Navy’s top leaders.
 
Dee has extensive expertise developing executive talent and leading teams in defining concrete goals, optimizing performance and providing accountability. She has worked with the federal government, non-profits, and corporate leaders to both increase leadership and organizational effectiveness.
 
She holds a host of credentials to include the ICF Associate Certified Coaching Certification, Board-Certified Coaching Certification, Gallup Global Strength Coach Certification, Career Goal Coach Certification, Professional Life Coach Certification, and Business Consultant Certification.  She also is certified as a Trained Leadership Facilitator, a Six Sigma Yellow-Belt in Diversity & Inclusion and as a Neutral in Alternative Dispute Resolutions.
 
Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Degree in Management from University of Maryland University College.  She is currently enrolled in Cornell University’s Executive Leadership Program.
 
During her spare time, she volunteers as an Executive Coach for Women for Change Coaching Community and the MicroLoan Foundation.  She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Women’s Networking Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Capital Council of the U.S. Navy League and the Chief of Naval Operations Trusted Advisory Group.

Eliza Roseti has over 5 years of experience in her field. As Homestay Coordinator of ILSC, she brings with her experience in hotel and hospitality management, and is proud to provide a high standard of care to her clients. She emigrated to Canada from Romania, where she earned her degree.

An experienced coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry, Eliza is skilled in analytical skills, communication, team cohesion, and marketing.

She is a strong education professional with a Master’s Degree focused in Communication from University of Bucharest.

She is currently seeking to expand her field of knowledge every day through every interaction and new contacts. She has been with Homestay for 5 years, and prior she was in the hotel industry for 6 years. After attaining her degree, she made another accomplishment of becoming a citizen in Canada. She then went back to school for Psychology, and wants to become a social worker. She says the key to her success thus far is being realistic with decisions and being responsible.

Looking ahead, she plans to pursue a graduate degree in social work. She looks forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.

Marília Lima is a young, energetic and passionate marketing professional from Brazil.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Federal University of Pernambuco and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She also earned her Executive Certificate in Brand Management from Otto Bensheim School of Management.
 
She offers over 15 years of working experience, not only in Brazil, but also in London, Chile and currently in Germany. Her current position is Global Marketing Manager at CAD/CAM for Dentsply Sirona Germany, as part of a 3 years relocation program. She has been with the organization for nearly nine years, having started in São Paulo, Brazil then relocating to Bensheim, Germany where she was instrumental as Go-to-market project lead in the global launch of a new “Milling Unit”, one of the most important and innovative products for the company, a pioneering technology that’s driving digitalization in dentistry. She is an accomplished and driven marketing professional and has worked and studied internationally.
 
She is currently searching for programs and opportunity to learn and network from great women in order to support her to keep strong towards her goal: a C-level position.
