With decades of experience with General Motors, Kristy Lacy has recently become a Business Planning Manager where she is known for her expertise in project management, IT and strategic planning.

Kristy holds her Master’s degree in Leadership and Strategy Management from Michigan State University. She offers vast experience in project management, planning and IT, and is always looking to make a difference in the world around her.

She is thrilled about the opportunity to learn from others as well as mentor and develop the next generation of women.

Nahid Alaei is currently the Director and Owner of StepChange Procurement Solutions Ltd in a comprehensive career of over 22 years. In this role, she is responsible for consulting and management. She works with the UK and European government and local government and handles complex programs, economic and growth programs, change management, strategies, and procurement and supply chain assurance.

She is a senior public sector commercial and partnership program interim consultant with over 20 years of experience in business and cultural transformation, national and global procurement portfolio and program management, relationship management, assurance, continuous improvement and delivery in public services. She is known for her ability to lead high performing teams, build partnerships and collaborate to enable improved front line services, deliver complex programs, lead resources and maximize productivity.

Nahid is currently interested in C-Suite, board level and senior executive roles in economic development programs, CIM/CIO, continuous improvement and strategy, assurance, supply management, and commercial transformation. With years of experience as a professional business person with wide spectrum of experience in public and private sector UK and International bodies, she is interested in sharing and gaining knowledge and opportunities.

Katarina Smart is a hypnotherapist and coach and founder of Human Magic. She is passionate about her work and loves helping people to work through their problems and towards their goals. Katarina offers over 20 years of experience within mid/senior level people management in various business areas. Having recently branched out and started her own business, she is now working as an accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and coach.
