Jasmin has over 20 years of marketing expertise, both in advertising agencies and corporations. She has worked with many different industries and sectors: Health Care, Airline, Travel, Fashion and Loyalty programs – just to name a few. She is currently a highly sought-after freelance Senior Marketing Manager.

Her interests and hobbies are a wide ranging from sport, yoga, travel, Food & Beverage, wine to Spirituality and she works every day to live a sustainable live.

She passionately believes that all women should stay strong together, support each other, trust in one another, and to hold each other up in rough times. Besides exercising her professional expertise, she would like to help other women to believe in themselves and their abilities, as well as learn and grow herself through you great women.

Jasmin earned a master’s degree in marketing and communications from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree in International Management from FOM – Frankfurt Germany. She is passionate about women’s empowerment and credits her success to dedication and perseverance. Patricia A. Thomas is the Director if  of PA Consultants PMR Property Management and Rentals. Tamara Bakir is Head of Middle East Desk & Global Real Estate Advisor at Vista Sotheby’s International Realty. Tamara is a luxury property and new development specialist at Vista Sotheby’s International Realty, focusing on Los Angeles, Miami and Dubai property. She specializes in luxury single-family homes, high rises and penthouses, pre- and post-construction. In Los Angeles her focus is on prime markets; West Hollywood, DTLA, Bel Air and Beverly Hills. She possesses a sound knowledge of the new development market and has sold over $100m of inventory in Dubai across multiple projects before making her way to SoCal. She is also a brand ambassador for select exclusive developments for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty Miami.

Tamara has a degree In Psychology with Marketing from London Metropolitan University. She also possesses a Diploma in Negotiation from Harvard Law School. She has a passion for imagining luxury projects from the ground up and guides her developer clients from plot acquisition to development to sales strategy. She leads a jet-set lifestyle with a passion to sell to the world.

As Head of Middle East Desk she facilitates relocating end users, second home buyers, developers and investors from the Middle East to enter the Los Angeles real estate market. She also sources and assists with the remote acquisition of homes, condos, new developments in Southern California. She advises on major USA market dynamics and to offer off-market JV and development opportunities in major cities in the USA, namely Los Angeles, Miami and New York City.

She is an active contributor to major real estate industry publications, she is an author for INMAN and just started a monthly column with World Property Journal (see links below). She is also a board member at Castle Tower Fund- a New York City based investment firm focused on acquiring multi-family real estate assets.

María Alicia Gómez González is a Consultant with MAGG Consultoria. As she has worked in different areas like hotels, travel, tourism, oil and energy, digital marketing; her consultancy is dedicated to providing training for bussines, english and advice in digital marketing, website builder, quality, environment, health, and safety under the Iso.

Maria has a working career of more than 15 years. Her first job was as Secretary at the Electoral Institute of the State of Campeche. In that job she developed skills to organize events, perform inventory control and office administrative activities.

In Playa del Carmen, Mexico; He worked as Front Desk Manager on duty at Riu Hotels and Resort. This job was one of his main challenges, having to manage more than 600 rooms, 1000 guests and coordinate with the different areas to keep the hotel guests happy. In that job she developed skills to lead work teams, planning, customer service, sales and human resources.

In her last position, she worked over 9 years as Industrial Safety Specialist in the areas of Internal Auditing of Health, Safety and Environmental Protection for PEMEX, Cuidad del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico. In that job she developed skills work programs, staff training, organize work teams and work developing ISO standards.

Maria also studied English as a second language and was an English Teacher professionally for many years. She has also studied Travel and Tourism and holds a Masters Degree (MBA) from ESERP. She also completed a second Masters in Integrated Management Systems from Universidad de la Rioja (UNIR) and studies Tourism and English for her Bachelors Degree from Instituto Campechano.

She speaks English as a second language and has knowledge in French, German, andItalian.

Maria likes to actively participate in associations dedicated to helping people. That is why she is a Member of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Women Chapter Carmen, an association dedicated to the empowerment of women. She also participates in the “Llanta de Perro” Association, dedicated to the inclusion of people with disabilities, where she offers training courses to raise funds.

One of her greatest wishes is to work for the United Nations, so she is working to fulfill her dream.
