Specialized in small-batch artisanal skincare, and makeup, Malene takes her inspiration from nature’s natural intelligence. She holds an Associates’s Degree in Interior Architecture & Design and is working towards expanding her clientele internationally. Currently, she is developing her new luxury line, featuring the rarest and most exquisite ingredients that our world has to offer.

Czarina Sheikh Mathew has a career history spanning over 25 years and is currently the Executive Director of Imtiaz Consultancy Limited. She is accountable for customer experience across sales and service with progressive and dynamic organizations. With substantial experience as a Senior Leader, Service Delivery Professional and Customer Champion, Czarina has developed and executed strategy to enhance the customer journey. She is also an Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer and a Judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2020.
Having spent most of her career in the male-dominated IT sector, she fully appreciates the importance of women supporting women.
