With over two decades of professional experience, Tawney Chapman is the Owner of Modern Medical Aesthetics where she is known for her expertise in dermatology. Having worked in Dermatology since 2004, she is thrilled to announce the opening of her own clinic, Modern Medical Aesthetics.

Modern medical Aesthetics is opening in August 2021 in the St Petersburg, Carillon area. Their medical director is Dr  John Obrien, a board certified plastic surgeon. Top services provided include: Facials, Chemical peels, IPL, Laser hair removal, HydraFacials, Emsculpt, Cool sculpting, Microneedling with RF, Botox, Fillers, PDO thread lift, PRP, Skin tightening and cellulite reduction, Plasma Pen, Ultherapy, Microblading – permanent make up, and facial skin resurfacing.

Tawney’s daughter, Bailey Brown is also joining her as an aesthetician and electrolysis specialist. Tawney’s prior experience includes working for a large national dermatology practice. She holds a Bachelors degree and is proud of launching projects seeing them become successful.

Tanasha Smith is a Registered Social Worker operating out of Mastery of Self, Inc. Her passion is to help others prioritize their mental health and educates on the importance of self-care and support personal needs through therapy.

Tanasha firmly believes that mental health is a priority in every area of life. If we are not taking care of ourselves everything around us suffers. She takes great pride in doing her part and helping others to thrive.

Simona Bosio currently serves as Head of Logistics at Cisalfa, a Sport shoes and clothing, accessories and sports equipment store offering the top brands in football, fitness, running, skiing and much more. She is highly seasoned in supply chain for the manufacturing and retail sectors, and oversees numerous company functions. Known for her expertise in management, negotiation and purchasing, Simona spearheads the logistics of the company at all levels.
 
After earning a Master’s degree in Engineering from Politecnico Milano, Simona launched her career in logistics and purchasing at companies like Mediamarket, MGL, Masterfoods Italy, and Corporate Express. She is based out of Milan, Italy, and credits her success to passion, focus and perseverance.

Christel Wieck is a consultant at International Consulting Food. She has more than 30 years of experience in FMCG businesses as quality management leadership, and credits her success to dedication, passion and perseverance. She is well known as a solution focused independent consultant and operational leader working in the Quality, Environment, Regulatory and Technical Services areas having experience across FMCG businesses in Europe and Australia.
 
Christel efficiently supports strategies by engaging with key stakeholders at all levels and using her ability to simplify complexity to achieve sustainable results. After more than three decades in FMCG businesses as QM-lead as well as independent consultant, she has a myriad of experiences to share and would like to connect to likeminded women for exchange of experience and knowledge.
 
She holds a Master’s degree from Staatsexamen, for food chemists, and in addition to English speaks German, Dutch and French. Some of her prior roles include: GM Quality, Environment, Regulatory and Technical Services for SDA/MG Coop, Melbourne, Director Quality, Environment and Health and Safety at ARLA FOODS CCE, Düsseldorf, and Central Quality Manager for Hochwald Foods, Thalfang.

Sandra R.C. Di Moise is no stranger to excellence. As Managing Partner of AIC Capital, a private equity firm focused on Alternative Investments, mostly the commercial real estate investment sector in the US, and Venture Capital; she is an accomplished and highly skilled corporate leader with track record of success. Having enjoyed a long and thriving international career in the corporate financial industry, she was ready to take on a more entrepreneurial endeavor and joined the AIC Capital team as Partner at the start of 2019.
 
Sandra, the Founder and their team work together with partners to provide integrated real estate solutions for Global Wealth individuals, Family Offices and institutions. She is highly skilled in Wealth and Asset management, Fintech, Payments, Consumer Finance, Strategic Partnerships, International Marketing, Banking, M&A and Commercial RE, and stands as a recognized international authority on intercultural workplace development, corporations and trade.
 
Previously, Sandra occupied C-level and senior leadership positions across Latin America, the United States and Europe. She rose through the ranks early on at Citi in Brazil, Florida, New York ,and in Central America as Panama Country Head, before becoming the Latam Regional Cards Managing Director. Relocating to Europe – Spain and Portugal, Sandra then spent over 10 years at Barclays and Barclaycard, where she began as Chief Cards Officer – Barclays, Southern European CEO ,before ultimately ending up back in the United States as the Managing Director Partnerships | Retail and T&E Segments for Barclaycard.
 
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ranking top 2% of her class at the Universidade de São Paulo, Sandra went on to earn a Specialization in Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2001, she attended Columbia University in the US, where she undertook a Leadership course, as well as completing a Leadership course at Kellogg Executive Education the following year. Ever committed to expanding and improving her own skill set, most recently Sandra graduated in 2019 from The Wharton School Senior Executive Program in Commercial Real Estate Investments and Markets.
 
Outside of co-running AIC Capital, Sandra is passionate about civil rights and social action. She serves on the Board of Connect Familias, Inc, a non-profit organization that helps children access safe, stable and neighborhoods and quality education across Miami. She also served on the Board of the Latin American Community Center in Delaware,  Board at Entercard Financial company in Sweden, and was Co-Chair of the Hispanic Network at Barclays. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, Sandra is a seasoned speaker at Diversity Global Forums and a mentor for the Professional Women Network (PWN) , Entrepeneurs (Endeavor) and Start-ups in Europe (Maze Impact/Gulbenkian Foundation).
