She has shown great diligence and passion for her work. As Senior Manager, Finance, Warehousing and Procurement as well as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors for Weldfab Limited as well as the group of companies she has shown several key strengths such as strong financial analytical skills, ability to work with tight deadlines, diligent team player that encourages idea generation and synergies which has played a significant leadership role in integrating the financial and corporate functions of the company. Davina Demelenne is having a very successful career in management consulting and digital transformation. With more than 6 years of experience in leadership positions, she currently serves as Manager of Sia Partners. She is well known for her leadership and commitment to continuous learning, and She engages in public speaking on topics of women in business and digital innovation.

Davina holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics and Management from the Catholic University of Leuven, class of 2010. Looking ahead, she would like to explore new business contacts and to exchange ideas on how to promote more women to advance to higher levels. She speaks fluent
English, French, Dutch, and Spanish.

Jill Clark has over 30 years of experience in her field. As Village Manager of Ryman, she overseee the operations of the Village, including residents and employees. She decided to get into the healthcare industry because she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, and expects the best out of everyone to better serve the residents.

In 2018, Jill completed a Master of Advanced Leadership Practice, from Massey University Albany. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to expand the Village to become an award-winning national leader in the field. She credits her success to professionalism and truly loving what she does.
