Elise M. Vandamia has been in her professional career for 22 years in Psychology and 10 years with with her current position, completing all her educational endeavors.

Currently, Elise is an Assistant Program Director with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where her role is to manage Full Time/Adjunct faculty in the Sciences of the General Education Department, with a focus on student success and retention rates, institutional effectiveness, academic policies and procedures, effectiveness of learning outcomes, curriculum development, and helping students reach their fullest potential.

Elise holds a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. She loves what she does and enjoys making a difference for students and faculty. She has an extensive history of giving lectures and presentations at conferences/seminars, conducting research, and administering training on various topics promoting effectiveness in the classroom.

In the next few years, Elise plans on continuing to grow and make a difference, possibly moving into a Dean, Vice-President or President title of a school or college and eventually opening her own Private Practice/Consultation service.

At this stage in her career, Elise would like to network with like minded Professionals. She feels it is very important for her to be a part of this network and feels it allows her to share in the company of many other successful women.

As a dynamic, results-driven sales leader with demonstrated success driving multimillion-dollar profitable growth of premium products, Michela provides visionary leadership in the highly competitive medical devices, clinical diagnostic and life science industries. Over the past 15+ years, Michela has grown through several leadership roles in research and commercial operations at large cap organizations. Michela received her MBA in Marketing from Queen’s University following a successful start in enzymology drug discovery research whereby she co-authored multiple white papers, conference presentations and two provisional patents. She has an MSc and a HonBASc in Biochemistry from McMaster University. She enjoys participating in volunteer and community outreach programs, as well as Leadership Mentorship programs. She is constantly active and likes to hike, cross country ski, curl or participate in any activity that keeps her outdoors. She has a passion for diverse cultures and is often travelling abroad. Currently, Michela leads the Canadian operations of Welch Allyn Canada Ltd, a Division of Hill Rom Company, as Director. Welch Allyn is the leading global manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment with a wide range of connected software solutions. Through this role, she plays an integral part in improving patient care and saving lives through the commercialization of medical devices designed and manufactured by Welch Allyn.

Fionnuala Doyle is VP & Global Head Policy of Oncology at Novartis, a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company. As an award-winning pharmaceutical professional, Fionnuala is a member of the Pharmaceutical Management Institute and experienced mentor for emerging female professionals. She has almost 20 years of experience in both ethical and generic pharmaceuticals across multiple geographies with multiple roles.Most recently she has been the General Manager of 3 different countries in Eastern & Western Europe as well as Canada. Her goal is always to transform, serve & have impact for patients & thus for the business

Fionnuala graduated from Trinity College, Dublin with a Bachelors Degree, with honors, in Biochemistry. She conducted post graduate research at MIT and Harvard and earned her Post Graduateship in Marketing. She began her career in sales to product management, and sales management. Fionnuala has successfully run the business across multiple geographies and multiple therapeutic areas. She believes in building sustainable success by driving diversity with integrity, focusing on and creating culture diverse in gender, ethnicity, and style.
