Gisella Yaksetig is the Chief of Human Resources at ECLAC. With over eighteen years of experience, Gisella is best known for her expertise in human resources. In her current role, Gisella works with the United Nations, amongst other agencies and she is responsible for managing payroll, hiring staff, consulting and research.

In 2003, Gisella completed her studies in international law at the American University. Gisella has been a public speaker on behalf of the United Nations various times. She is the youngest woman in her company to ever hold her current role as Chief of Human Resources.

In the coming years, Gisella would like to continue growing and developing within her company. She credits her success to hard work, determination and her passion for helping others. The highlight of her career has been her promotion to Chief of Human Resources.

Gisella is looking forward to connecting and networking with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member of the Women’s Networking Association.

Caroline Cordier is the Senior Director of Information Systems at Enablon. She oversees 300 people and reports to the CTO and cofounder and is in charge all information systems application, buying and building., network, servers, equipment in the infrastructure of software and cloud services.

She is also in charge of the Enablon Information Systems, including internal infrastructure and Cloud management open to customers and partners. She also supervises teams of experts in charge of Knowledge Management, Center of Excellence, QA Labs, Quality and IT Services.

Caroline received her Engineering Degree in Computer Science and Economics from the International School of Information Processing Science, 1993 – 1996. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Barbara LePortz is the CEO of Fragrance Inspirations. She has been working for 30 years in the fragrance industry, contributing to create major references on the market such as J’adore , Tresor, Le Male, and Eau de Rochas. She founded her company 3 years ago to develop and promote artist fragrances. The first artist who has signed with her company is the famous Chinese pianist Lang Lang, and the first fragrance is: AMAZING LANG LANG.

Barbara speaks English and French and received her ESCP, Programme Grande école, in Marketing, 1976 – 1979. She trains people in fragrances and has been published in many French books. She was inspired to go into this profession because she is very creative and loves business. She attributes her success to passion, and she likes to see people further themselves, she loves creating teams and mentoring others.

Sally is an engineer, systems analyst, executive coach, Bestselling author and founder of “New Leadership” company. Her passion is integrating diversity in leadership. She has helped transform lives and leadership performance of hundreds of men and women. Sally has also been a leader in higher education, ambassador of Chile and head of a state technology center.
Her goal is to increase by a factor of 10 the number of women making top decisions in organizations by 2025. Her methodology includes high level conversations among men and women.

As the founder of several companies, Sally needs to interact with peers. It is important for her to know the benefits and pitfalls of an only women’s organization and be able to contribute with her knowledge and experience to create a better world for all.

She has over 25 years of experience and is very active in the engineering community. She speaks four languages, including English, Spanish, French, and Hebrew. Currently, she wants to reach as many men and women to remove the obstacles placed before women who are seeking leadership opportunities.

Katherine Andruha is Manager of Sales Development at SugarCRM. With over ten years of experience in the sales industry, Katherine has been published in Sales Hacker Magazine and has received numerous awards and honors for her excellence in performance. A goal setter, she is extremely self-motivated and driven.

A graduate of San Jose State University with a BA in Psychology, Marketing minor, Katherine is on the Board of Directors and Chapter Officer for the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals, Silicon Valley Chapter. She finds great reward seeing those she has managed become successful in their careers and become leaders. Her goal for the next few years is to step into the role of VP or as Director of a global team.
